The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. They had a WhatsApp service to the ease of fault reporting. The hotel was strategically located at the heart of where all the tourist attractions were. It's a stone throw away from jonker street and a few minutes walk to the dataran shopping centre. Amenities in the area were convenient. Food around the area was easy to locate. The plus point is the room cleaning daily, was done with good effort.

Do take note that the hotel does not provide tooth brush and toothpaste. There is no lift. It didn't bother us since we are used to bringing our own toiletries and were able enough to carry our luggage.

The breakfast varieties are good and tasty. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to go to Jonker Street with plenty of eateries around the area.

The carpark are quite limited in numbers. The price is on the high side considering the basic facilities and amenities provided in the room and the area of the hotel. The hotel does not have a reception staff located within the hotel but in the HQ hotel which is quite close to the hotel. It doesn't feel secure nor safe knowing that there was no security nor reception or staff on duties in the hotel, even past the hours, although it does provide access cardsl control the front access door. Also the bathroom floor including shower area will get slippery when it's wet as it is marble.

Spacious and comfortable. Nice traditional vibe on the furniture and fittings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to access Jonker Street.

The parking situation was tricky as there are limited spaces and require car owners to leave their car keys at the reception. Because the parking is behind the Suites, luggage has to be carried by hand through the property and across the street to the Hotel. It's not an issue if luggage is small but might be difficult if it's heavy or if you have many pieces of luggage. There's a reserved parking space at the front entrance where you could drop off bags. Perhaps this should be made clearer in the check-in information.

The whole house is exclusive for our use including Carpark lot. Though it is a bit of walking from the house to hotel for breakfast. But overall still ok.

There are a few suggestions for improvement for your consideration: 1. To install shower curtains/ shower screens in your bathrooms. So that the bathroom floor is not wet after shower. 2. ⁠The water from shower head is spraying at different directions and make the bathroom floor wet. Need to replace with new one. 3. ⁠if the car porch gate is auto, will be more convenient. 4. ⁠The microwave looks dirty. Please clean it up. Thanks.

We slept in the Silk Suite. I liked the very good location, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean and spacious rooms, very polite and helpful staff. They even allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready. Breakfast was at another of Heerens across the road and had a decent spread.

Everything was OK actually, but abit hard for my child to reach the sink as it was quite high and no hand held shower just a rain shower. If you are a light sleeper, see if you can get a room in the middle.

Location is very near to all the places and very convenient. Picturesque interior design, and breakfast was super good. Room and bed are all comfy. Would highly recommend if you like a heritage style accommodation.

Parking is a bit inconvenient as it is in another location and need to contact the hotel staff to collect the car if is in a garage. But they are very helpful so not a problem. Stairs are quite steep so need to be careful while going up and down. Overall very nice staying here.

We were a family of 5 and were looking for a stay together. Initially was a bit sceptical to take this but turned out to be good. This is an individual house just 3mins walk from their main hotel backdoor and fully maintained by the hotel. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms(all at 2nd floor, 3 proper, 1 attached toilet, 1 with bunker bed), hall, dining & kitchen with a private car park spacious for 2 cars. All the rrquired amenities were there, and toilets were clean. The surrounding area had food outlets (local food), and there is a mini market just across. The breakfast served at the main hotel and was decent with selected dishes and tasty. We all enjoyed the stay - good and comfortable.

Mainly for area of improvements. 1. A shower screen would have avoided water splash over the toilet area. 2. A hand shower would be great 3. For the master toilet, the clothes drying rods postion need to be changed as the towels cannot be hanged 4. Card or number lock entry would be great as you need to carry the bunch of keys always 5. The floors could have been mopped bit more cleanly as we noticed a bit of dirt and need to wash feet before going to bed (or ylshould have provided disposable slippers).

Big and comfortable rooms more than enough for the stay for a family of 5. Beds are very comfortable. The place is relatively clean. Breakfast is OK, nasi lemak is really delicious.

Not so near to the main hotel building, need to walk for about 3 to 5 mins. Toilets are very basic, lack of proper table top to place your toiletries and cosmetics for the ladies. The hot shower at the master bedroom is not working properly, it can be too hot and cold at times.

Great location, next to jonker street. Free parking behind the hotel. Friendly n helpful staffs to assist all from check in til check out next day. Unique design hotel suites. Included breakfast with many choices. Clean, spacious, comfortable n well equipped loft room for 4pax. Cozy beds. Clean washroom with rain shower. Highly recommended for all. Kudos to all for your hard work, keep it up.

The building is gorgeous and newly renovated. It's steps away from Jonker street and is one of the beautiful Malacca heritage houses. Close to all the happening spots. Staff is lovely, breakfast was great, its served in the sister hotel Heeren Palms so we got to enjoy two properties. The house keeping fellow was impressive. He did a fabulous job.I would return happily again. Don't have enough leave this year... 😭
