Close to the Jonker Street and Melacca River (~5min walk) and only 1min from the minimart. Staff was friendly and offered us an (expensive) transport to the Sentral Bus Station if needed. Room was basic, but clean. A/C and fan in the room, we only used the fan, so can’t tell about the aircon. We had free shower cream.

No option to refill water or make coffee/tea. The Wifi was working really bad sometimes. Staff on first day couldn’t give us any information about Melacca. We just arrived from Singapore and needed a SIM Card and a Money Changer. He said he doesn’t know about that, as he never needs it.

Great location, close to Dutch Square and Jonker Street. Rooms were big and air conditioning. Private bathrooms are available as well. Free wifi and baggage hold also helped us greatly. Super friendly staff too!

The fan and aircon struggled to cool the room down a little when it was really hot and humid, and the room smelt wet for a long time after using bathroom due to the humidity and no windows.

- great location (near Melaka river and Jonker street) - comfortable mattress and silence after midnight (no need to use earplugs) - spacious room - good A/C (quiet) - water dispenser in the dining area

- slow wifi (most of the time) - leaky sink & leaky toilet (but it’s not that bad), moldy wall in the bathroom - loud music/videos watched at the reception (sometimes)

Nice big bed, very close to Jonker and a bunch of great resturants right around, would recommend the clay pot asam pedas

The window couldn’t really be opened or closed and got bit by bugs a lot on my legs make sure to give yourself a proper spray

Excellent location, quiet yet a 5-10 minute walk to the river, Jonker Street, Dutch Square. The linens were clean, AC, fan, and hot water worked well, and there was always fresh cold water in a free dispenser. The staff were all friendly and polite.

Everything was great. In the upstairs budget room they could fix the mosquito net in the shared bathroom to eliminate the mosquito problem.

Nice place to stay, good price, comfortable bed. Airconditioner was working well.

A little bit noisy if someone speak too loud in the next room. There is no windows. Other things good.

We had a private room with shared bathroom and it was just fine. Excellent value for money, staff incredibly warm and nice, they were so helpful. Basic but clean, A/C and wifi worked great, clean sheets and towels, what else do you need?!

Every thing is good this hotel.I had a travel gas stove and could cook in the hotel kitchen. There was a fridge, cold water and beer available. The bathroom had high pressure water.Its location was close to the sights of Malaga that I could walk every day

Few lively stray dogs around the roads at night. Obviously noones fault
