Water dispenser at the lounge helps a lot during traveling in hot weather these day, able to keep baggage before check in, I rented motorcycle to travel around and able to park free opposite the hotel.

It's a good hotel and so close from Jonker walk. It's easy to find.The staff I met was a kind Chinese lady which could communicate in English very well. 1-2 hotel parking area are available with free of charge. Water heater in the bathroom worked well. You can take a shower with the warm water there.

The room is too small for me. It's just good for sleeping not for resting in the room for whole day. I suggest you to stay here if you go to have fun outside during the day and come back to the room for just sleeping.(for example, you go to enjoy in Jonker walk on Saturday night. Then you go back to sleep. Yes, I mean sleeping only. Staying there 1-2 days is good. Prolong staying might make you feel uncomfortable and stressful due to the tiny room.) I don't suggest you to stay for too many days. The room isn't that comfortable. Ps: forgot to tell... eating food isn't allowed in the room. No refrigerator, few electric plug..

they don't provide parking space, anyway you can pay RM6 parking fee per day to private parking besides hotel.

Old but clean. We are given ground floor and is the last room. So there are noise from the back of the hotel. Not unbearable though. There are only two designated parking bay, unfortunately. So depending on your luck. Otherwise can park at the road side and pay for parking. It’s walking distance to jonker walk. So it’s good for those without transport.

Hit and miss hot shower, mostly miss. Didn't bother me much though. Those who need steaming hot shower will be disappointed.

A nice little, well-kept property that is a relatively short distance from most main attractions. I really like the great value, clean room/bathroom with working hot shower and well-working A/C. Ms May was also really friendly and had great tips for some good local food spots, plus stories😆

I think maybe due to the hot weather, the room gets a bit stuffy and has a slight smell to it, especially when unoccupied for a while. But the smell quickly went away when we turned on the fan in the room and the exhaust in the bathroom, and the smell stayed away. So maybe just try airing out the rooms a bit more when available.

what can i say about this hotel is it's suitable for solo travel. very near to mosque so when you walk back from jonker street or melaka river at night you don't have to be afraid. hotel room and toilet is clean. i requested a room with window and near a tree and they booked for me. the room got ceiling fan and aircond. staff is really friendly. recommended me where to eat and where to travel. parking is easy maybe i stayed on weekdays. take note that free parking on monday and thursday. i parked in front of hotel though. restaurant, melaka river and jonker street is nearby. no need to take transport. hotel can enter with pass card only so you feel secure. grab and foodpanda is accessible. got varieties of restaurant can choose so you don't have to starve. this hotel is like hostel but with a private bathroom which i need it. so ladies, this one is perfect for you. with cheaper price for 3 days stay, this is worth it. will repeat again in future.

i noticed a bit stain on bedsheet and the hotel hallway is a bit messy. got water dispenser there for cold and hot water but if you not a fussy people like me you can drink it. my sink got clogged and very hard to use it.

The accommodation was ideally located to visit Malacca, near the Jonker Walk. The flat per se is rather small but functional. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning highly appreciated.

The only minor sour note is that the terrace (seen in the pictures) was not super cosy…

The location was great! If you are going to Melaka to go to Jonker street, then this hotel is for you. It is like a 3 minute walk. You take a left out of the hotel, then a left at the next street and you walk right into the Jonker walk area. Much closer than I was expecting, which was great. The hotel is a little unsuspecting, but is nice and the rooms look just like the pictures. There is a parking lot next door, parking is RM5 a day. This isn't parking specifically for the hotel, so if you arrive on a weekend during the day you can get a spot, at night on weekends it may fill up for Jonker street. But there are also other parking lots and street parking nearby too. The front desk lady (I think Sue was her name) that was there when we arrived was super nice and friendly and very helpful in telling us how to get to things. She was very generous and offered us some bananas and yummy Melaka snacks for our kids and us. There is a mosque right across the street. I only heard the morning call to prayer which wasn't too disruptive, most the other times I wasn't in the hotel to hear it. As beds in Malaysian hotels can be hard, these beds weren't bad. They were pretty comfortable, not hard, so that's always a plus.

There isn't much that I didn't like. At night, which was the only time we were really the hotel, you could hear people talking in the hallway, a phone ringing and sometimes outside noises. Our room was on the main level, next to a parking lot. If you are an extreme light sleeper than you probably wouldn't like the noise. It really isn't a noisy area even though we stayed over a weekend. But a few times, these things woke up at least one of us or heard these while we were sleeping. Don't let this deter you though, I would stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff, good sized room. Bed was comfy for a cheap hotel, and there was a ceiling fan as well as AC. Great location near to the top of Jonker street, and also close to the river. For a relatively cheap hotel it was great.
