Our room was quite small but very comfortable, the hotel pool and rooftop outdoor seating area was lovely and very quiet during our stay. The hotel is in the Little India area and just a short walk to the main centre, market area, shops, river etc. we enjoyed having a loom round and there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, all we visited were very good with friendly staff and good service. You have to pre-order your breakfast which was fine but the hotel may be better in just offering a continental selection.

The breakfast let’s the hotel down and staff don’t meet and greet you which is quite unusual in a hotel restaurant.

Although the hotel didn't have instant kerb appeal (as the website phone was taken at the back of the hotel we had different expectations) we instantly felt relieved once inside. The rooms of are built behind an older heritage building meaning they are modern and more importantly very quiet away from the busy main street running through Little India. Convenient location only 10 minutes' walk to the main centre. Room comfortable - great bed - although some of the plugs were erratic and appliances didn't always work. Great shower too with plenty of hot water. Lovely pool on the rooftop although perhaps a little more shade would help. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Very glad we chose this hotel for our stay.

The breakfast was generous but caters for a more SE Asian palate. I personally would have appreciated more fruit and definitely better bread; the French pastries were not always fresh either. The coffee was good however as were the fresh juices and the staff very accommodating and pleasant.

Second visit to this hotel and the location is perfect for been close to the attractions but far enough from the centre for the peace and quiet. Staff are all friendly and attentive always smiling. Rooms have all you need for a comfortable stay beds comfy. Good shower. The rooftop pool is nice for a dip later in the day and never really busy so sun loungers were always available. The breakfast choice is nice with enough selection for all nationalities. Air con in the rooms was really good too. Definitely choose this hotel again if we return to malacca.

Nothing to dislike we really enjoyed our stay

Everything about our stay at Treasures Hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Check-in and check-out were seamless after our long journey. The staff also provided us with suggestions of where to eat and go, when we asked what their favourite places were! The hotel itself had lots of character, while being clean and all in working order. The rooms were adequate in size, with working air conditioning and fans, and the beds themselves were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the showers had good pressure. Breakfast was a mix of la carte & reduced buffet due to low-occupancy but the choices were good and we spent both mornings trying all the options. The nasi lemak, bee hoon goreng and roti canai we're all excellent and of big portions. The fresh fruit & pastry buffet were all tasty and of good quality. The staff were all too obliging when we asked for second rounds of coffee, too. Roof top pool was of a good size to actually swim up and down, unlike a lot of hotel pools. The steam room was also a perk! Location of the hotel was just outside of all the touristy destinations. Certainly within walking distance for the cooler weather at this time of year! Would stay again.

There were no restaurant or bar facilities in the evening, which was a shame as we enjoyed spending time in the hotel. It wasnt too much of an issue as the location was a stones throw away from the town centre.

The breakfast was good. Receptionists were polite and helpful.

It would have made our day if we were received more politely at the breakfast area. We arrived the breakfast area 5 mins earlier that 8am after loading our stuff in our car. Was looking for a table to settle down when we heard the lady at breakfast area said impatiently, "Excuse me, breakfast not open yet ern !" Ok ok, we walked away to the sitting area opposite the breakfast area to wait. Couple mins past 8am, she came to indicate to us breakfast starts but we must not sit where we were coz that the table is for larger group of people. Hey, we jolly know that is sitting area not for breakfast! She could have just greeted us "Good morning, you may find a table to sit or grab a cup of coffee, we are not quite ready for breakfast yet." We would be completely fine and understand.

Very good hotel located in the Little India area a short walk from the centre of Malacca. Nice pool on the roof. Breakfast was either submit choices the night before or buffet dependent upon numbers at the hotel. Felt the food ordered the night before was a bit better as cooked fresh for you, but not a lot different. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Possibly getting a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Reception staff were extremely friendly and very hellpful

Rooms could possibly do with an update butfor the price no complaints. Would have been nice to have some sort of facility to change if you arrive before check-in after a long trip other than the restaurant toilets.

The location is strategic—close to trendy cafes and just a few blocks away from everything you might need. Heads up: the weather can get quite hot, so stay hydrated and bring an umbrella if you're planning to walk around. Parking was easy to find, with designated spots for guests, which was a huge plus. Food options are everywhere nearby, so no worries on that front! The pool looked nice, though we didn’t get to swim since it was quite crowded—but that’s okay. There’s a lovely spot near the pool where you can hang out and enjoy the sunset, which made up for it. The room was spacious—especially the bathroom. The air-conditioning worked well, and the hot water was perfect. The bathtub was a nice touch, though I do wish the hot water extended to it—but honestly, it wasn’t a major issue for me.

Well, it’s not that I didn’t like it—but I do have a small suggestion for the hotel. It would be great to see a wider variety of breakfast options. The current selection was a bit limited, and I think adding a touch of Melaka or Malaysian heritage to the menu would really enhance the experience!

Swimming pool was great The building and decor was very cool Location was close to everything, loved the short walk to town through Little India. Very comfortable stay and the staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very average. It could be fabulous as the area to eat is lovely but there was no variety, egg station or good coffee facilities. We only ate there the first morning and preferred to go up to Jonker St for a lovely egg breakfast. The air con and fridge were not on when we arrived so the room stifling which was not very welcoming. Apart from that we loved our stay and would stay again without breakfast included.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom with a lovely bathtub, nice pool, and cute courtyard for breakfast.

The fact that the room didn't have an actual window/view. There was only a window in the bathroom.

Felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. Ideal for vegetarians as it's in Little India so vegetarian restaurants are nearby. Wonderful big, comfortable bed. The pool and terrace were wonderful to cool off and take respite from the hottest time of day. The staff were super helpful, polite and kind. Location is great - 5 minute walk to Dutch square but far enough out of town to get away from the noisiest streets.

Everything was great but if I stayed again I wouldn't have the breakfast - it was a little too oily for me.
