It’s located in a very comfortable place. All good, and the parking space is good.

The breakfast management, kindly double check about this matter. I came down for breakfast around 8:30 when mostly food had finished but they didn’t refill it. So some guests didn’t get a proper breakfast.

The hotel provides many free parking lots for the guests. The hotel is easy to find. The location of the hotel is near to Jonker Street. It is just a few minutes drive away. There are many convenient shops, bakery, restaurants and cafe nearby. The ambience of the hotel lobby is comfortable. The room is comfortable, just nice for 2 persons. The bathroom is spacious.

Bed very comfortable and room is bright enough. Breakfast is nice, but not much choice. Price is reasonable and value for money. But need to improve and update on this phone contact and to reply customer's email.

- i love how they even provide mini fridge to use inside my twin room - the water pressure is good and strong - love how all the switches are metal like stainless steel, really modern design, first time i saw this - love the "switch on/off all light" switch, really convenient to use - my son love the carpet inside the room, he even lie on the floor while watching tv, even though they might be hard to clean, this hotel still provide the carpet - there is sign showing arah kiblat, really helpful - the tv cabinet also have shelves beside them, can arrange my cosmetic items nicely - my room has 5 power outlets available, i didnt have to fight with my husband whos charging on bed because there are two of them available

- the air ventilation inside toilet can be improved, i throw my son's diaper with poop, the smell lingers inside the toilet - there is nothing else to complaint
