The shower was amazing. Very powerful and very hot. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and has a great view. The balcony had a great view. Location is more suited to travellers with cars. The walk wasn't far into town, but involves crossing three major roads.

No mirror in the room! Had to dry my hair using the reflection in the TV. Even the cheapest of hotels provide a mirror. It was a room for four people, but only one, uncomfortable chair. No balcony furniture. The room was huge, but was very sparsely furnished.

The breakfast menu may be straightforward, but it poses no issue for me since the room rate, inclusive of breakfast, is quite affordable. Despite the simplicity of the breakfast offerings, I found them to be delicious. The room is well-maintained, and the split air conditioning provides powerful and refreshing cold air. The shower and bidet exhibit strong water pressure, and hot water is readily available without the need for a prolonged wait when turning on the faucet. The television functions properly, offering a full range of channels.

Apart from the hotel itself, the issue lies with the traffic light situated in front of the hotel. The duration of the green light is too brief, while the red light seems to take an unusually long time before changing.

The room is big and spaces with a balcony. The room is clean too. Our room's kettle and water heather not fuctions well. The staffs solve the problems quickly.

Internet service need to be improved. Need hanging hooks in the bathroom. Shower head better to have flexible hose, more convenient for the kids.

I believe the hotel change studio apartment to hotel room, so the room is very spacious. Room is clean with all the hotel amenities, but not sure why no hanger. provide room service. my mum loves their breakfast. I like the gym. easy parking.

overall is good, just find weird no hanger, and also TV is not close to the bed.

The room was spacious, the view from the room window superb. Swimming pool water is crystal clear. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast item was kinda limited please increase the variety. Room was kinda smelly at the bed area (musty smell). The staff never reply my chat in Booking.com after I booked the hotel. They even never reply my wife's WhatsApp chat. Please have some courtesy to reply customers enquiries after booking has been made. The TV in the room was lagging & the Internet connection also kinda bad.

Most hotels are not providing toiletries especially teeth brush teeth paste at all.here in this hotel provides.the city view from balcony damn enjoyed at night view.realy worth the room for my family. the room very clean .

The staffs are so helpful. The services are good. The room given is according to wht we asked for. The stay is really pleasant n enjoyable. Recommemd to come again next time.
