Staff was good, check in process very smooth.. i requested for early check in, cannot need to check in at 2pm.. room was clean.. price was affordable.. parking was easy.. theres lot of parking in front the hotel.. the only downside is, at nite this location a bit noisy with those car & bike till early mornings..

Please tinted ur window.. bcos if u open the curtain.. people outside from far away can see directly into the room..

There is tv but no remote. No wardrobe or place to hang the clothes. No towel provided.

The location is so near to Asam Pedas Claypot and Jonker Walk and there is dobby next to the hotel,very recommended if you planned to visit Malacca. The staf is so helpful and greatful, Definately will come again

I think you could provide the guest with a bottle or two mineral water..and a good fresh smell towel,..not the one we get, unpleasant smell

Sun Inns Hotel Kota Laksamana Melaka is the budget hotel to be recommended. Clean, well-arranged with a kind and helpful staff. It is not very close to the old city, but still, a walking distance What’s more, the price was very attractive. This is a place where I would like to come back.

Affordable price. Nearby the bank, supermarket and restaurants. Air conditioning and TV is functioning.

Hose water at toilet is leaking. Water pressure for shower is slow.
