Good value for money, got the deal for 167 despite other similar hotels priced at 250+ Location was strategic, ample of parking places. Friendly staff

TV has no channels, my room toilet had problems. Soap was so hard, likely expired But the staff managed to change to a new room

Love the location & surprisingly this hotel is quite big for a 3star. Check in & check out was smooth. Room was ready upon my arrival.

Ironing facilities is at the foyer area. Only 1 dustbin provided in the room, should put 1 in the bathroom as well. Parking might be challenging as they dont have own parking in the building.

Crispy clean sheets and towels, spacious room with kettle and well working AC. Walkable distance to Jonkersteet, convienience stores and restaurants.

Bidee shower was leaking from the tube. Immediate neighbourhood not very interesting.

Fix your trash can because I don't like to mix bins... Put one trash can separate one in the TV room and one in the toilet...

the environment is comfortable as u just come back to ur own house,have a sound sleep in there,never sleep so well in any hotel before,great experience,will come again next time when travel to melaka~

everything is wonderful just dont provide the fridge for us to put the food,so quite inconvenient to us~

The room is comfortable, bed is good. And the baby coat thats given is really good.

I think the channel of television is need to be improve. Customer don’t like to watch news or sport while having a holiday. The channel should be like a movie, cartoon for kids. The iron should be change also, i almost burn my shirt because of the iron. It’s cannot be use for your customer anymore.

location very quiet..so comfort for both os us ..near from the city..I like it..room is vey big ..very enjoy to stay in this hotel..so calm.

shower in the bathroom so loud..but is ok, tv remote sometimes so hard to control but is small matter.

Value for money, location is good, receptionist was friendly as well. Plenty of parking spot right outside of hotel.

Water pressure for showering is a bit slow
