1. Central location: it was within 15mins walk/6mins drive to Jonker Street area. It's also close to several locally popular eateries e.g. Asam Pedas Claypot, Pak Putera's Pakistani food etc. 2. Comfortable bed and clean room. There were water filter machines on every floor. It was quite spacious for two as well. Worth the cost. 3. Peaceful area, away from the city noise 4. Super friendly and helpful receptionist. Always ready to give tips!

1. Only two power points in the room, which was not centrally located so it was a minor inconvenience. However, this can be easily solved by requesting for extension cord from the receptionist. 2. The sound-proofing can be better. Sometimes can hear people closing doors, or walking in the corridor 3. The toothpaste was too small. Could only be used twice before it finished. Receptionist was very kind to give us more.

- Aircon facing directly at bed making it super duper super cold (if u have sensitive skin, it will make your face a bit dry) - Rooms on 2nd floor with window will make you feel a bit too exposed but luckily the buildings opposite is vacant (i hope) - No kettle or fridge (but not a big deal, there's a community fridge in lobby) - Floor of the bathroom is a bit painful to stand in for long periods of time (i think that's why slippers are provided) - No lift (not suitable for elderly or those with very very heavy luggage) but for us was no issue

Clean and tidy room. Clean and comfort mattress. Clean toilet. Friendly staffs. Nice decoration at the lobby. Good aircond temperature (adjustable). Safety procedure.

TV channel limited to six channels only, but it is ok because the WiFi is good to watch YouTube, Netflix via mobile phone.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the housekeeping part also was very good

There is no lift service to go to level 3. So , it quite hassle to bring up all the luggages to level 3

The hotel was cleaned and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have provided excellent services to their customers. Love their cleanliness and services!!

The hotel does not come with a lift. I have to climb the stairs with big luggage which you would need the great strength to carry up your luggage.

Room was clean and neat. Staff are friendly. But only thing was the TV in room only have 3 channels which is not entertaining, maybe try to add more channels. Otherwise all okay.

They provide late check in until 12am, I was a bit late i arrive around 1145pm the counter staff still very happy and.friendly to serve me. The bed comfortable enough, worth the money

It would be better if can provide some drink like instant coffee or tea in the room

the location to jonker is a little far. water flow on water collection point is a little low as well.if able to change the floor in the toilet will be better, mayb just me the floor is quite slippy when there is water on them...

Super friendly staff. Room is clean. Perfect for a quick one day stop at Melaka. I would come back to stay here in the future. Got mamak restaurant nearby, 7 Eleven etc.
