Good location, easy parking but pay to Majlis by TNG or free parking at next building. Near with cafe n restaurant.

The bathroom should be attend more. The floor n wall is dirty. No slippers supplied so its really disgusting have to step on the floor. Others is good. So please pay more attention to this.

Location suits me as it is only 6 minutes drive to town. EV chargers available in front of hotel (DC and AC) which is convenient for EV users like me (pay to use). Few doors away is Scent and Senses, a massage spa. Eating places within walking distance. Will be back in August.

Shower curtain could be longer to prevent water splashing out.

Everything ok. Accept noisy sound from the car and motor race outside mid night. Its disturbing sleeping. Staf very good and helping so much. Food is ok but not tasty . Nasi lemak less santan..taste like white rice only.haha. mee goreng mamak is tasty.sedap

I love the area where i was staying. it was centralized to most of things to do in Melaka. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Most importantly when I was staying in my room, it was comfortable, spacious and a good value for money

I wish they would not do the deposit system as a very old school manner of physically having cash with you. I thought things have moved on to a cashless method, so hopefully that.

On the first day there were some maintenance issues (blocked, stinky drains of both shower and sink) which were rectified straight away.

Before our check in time I received a watsapp msg from Michelle and through our watsapp, she upgraded us to the connecting premium king and twin bed room. She's very courteous and nice and welcomed us smilingly upon our check-in..had a very pleasant stay at the hotel

Love the hotel due to its too nearby to the ev charger station. I just left my car overnight to charge.

During the night, too many motorists and they made noise so its quite hard to sleep

The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners to the staff at the breakfast were very helpful.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The view is bonus as we can see the firework, though is a little bit far away. Relatively enough parking space though need to pay on nornal rate. (Free parking space is limited)

The room is too dim. Adding a light on or near the TV will help a lot. The shower room is better to install something like a rack shelf or basket holder to hold the customers bathing stuffs.

I love the spot. Easy parking. Friendly stuffs. Easy check in.

Had a bad night due to motor sounds at night. Maybe can work on sound proofing.
