You should put in booking.com the information that rm200 deposit to be paid online and will only be returned 2 days later. Cause this may not be convenient to everyone.

I love the pool, suitable for kids and baby. The ambience was amazing. Advisable not to go there during school holiday. Coz too crowded but still under control. Great security and facilities. The room is simple with minimum appliances. But the washing machine is an extra mark. Very useful for guest with kids. Overall we enjoyed the stay. ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice view and I love all facilities and services. Will come again next time

As Muslim women , I hope you can consider , that we can use long sleeve shirt in pool because with swimming attire we are all not comfortable. It's looks too sexy.

being in a hospitality business how can you asked you customers to remove their shoes at the reception area and also no hangers and shampoo are provided at the apartments.

The place was very clean. Furniture comfortable and nice. The white linen used was good and gave a hotel air to it. Basic microwave, a single induction stove, jug kettle, washing liquid, plates provided. Not many guests probably cos it was midweek., but that was good and we had a pleasant peaceful stay.TQ

Had a confusing time driving at the parking space...needs clearer direction signages. Chose the seaview room but only the master bedroom could see the sea. Washing sponge at kitchen sink was worn out..no spares found. Master bathroom should have lights at the sink area and not just at the shower side. There was heavy early morning rain and water splashed and collected onto the hallway. By our checkout time abt 10am,the water was still not cleared and we had to carefully walk around the puddles...safety issue needs looking into here.

The bathroom shower water is huge enough for a relaxing bath. There is a cafe on level 7 selling nasi lemak & bee hoon & a ‘playground’ outlet on ground floor selling mineral water & titbit. I can easily find eatery place around the area. The layout of the property is so ‘smooth’ as you walk through the letter box collecting entry & parking passes then enter the property for lift to go to your unit. The security guards are approachable & helpful. I like the unit balcony. There is a big swimming pool & gym center on level 7. The reply from whatapps for self check-in is prompt & informative. I will come back again if I visit Malacca again in the future.

A replacement of soft touch door to the lift section will definitely add value to the property.

the process from beginning to the end was very easy ... from booking to collection the unit key and access card at the mail box then parking at the designated lot and entering the unit made easy

sea view can be seen from the places during a day.. there is many places & shop nearby you can go & the services apartment have very large pool, gym and even mini games like snooker, karaoke & ps4 games at gf level..

during check out, it will get hard to get available lift since peak hour many people will use elevator (if U go on public holiday since many people also rent airbnb at this apartment.. & one of our unit got only one access & parking card instead of two so it quite hard to go with different car at same time.. but it all small matter.. overall is good actually

Quiet and great location. Very near a lot of eateries with less than 5 mins drive away. Lots of food options whether local or international cuisine. New area so ample parking space when going for meals. No traffic unlike the hot areas we usually go. Great place if you don’t plan to go very far and just want to have a relaxing vacation, away from all the crowded places in Melaka town. Easy check-in and very responsive to questions either on booking or WhatsApp. Comfortable stay with a microwave, kettle, medium size fridge, powerful hair dryer and enough toilet rolls ;) Stayed here before and definitely coming back again.

Hot water for shower was inconsistent on the first night and second day afternoon. Other than that, all good!

The apartment was outstanding...Situated on the 29th floor...It was spaciuos,modern and with everything you would need including wifi and netflix which worked perfectly...There was a separate bedroom and there were great views from the living area and bedroom windows...The Kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything you would need for cooking,eating and washing up....The bathroom was immaculate and was spotlessly clean as was the entire apartment...The furnishings were modern and comfortable...The location is quite new with many food options including restaurants,fast food outlets such as Subway and Mcdonalds and many convenience stores all within walking distance...I had 2 great massages from a place just 50 metres down the road....Great value for money! ...Loved it!

There was nothing really that I didnt like...The only issue that people may have is that the location is a little out of town say 10 to 15 minutes driving from the attractions like Chinatown and the river area and malls so if you dont have transport you will need a taxi which are hard to find in the area...Melaka Sentral has a taxi rank and Grab is available.
