The location, exceptional. The apartment was clean. It also provides a parking space for your car. Best thing? it's cheap. It's very cheap. It's worth your money, I assure you.

The price tag you see doesn't include the cleaning fee, so the price you see is not the final price tag. (Mine was charged RM 35 for cleaning fee) Doesn't include drinkable water and toiletries. (But it does provide towel s)

Nice place to stay

Checking the price was Rm191, but after I pay use credit card they charge Rm256.55. It’s like chetting. 🤬

- Location is less busy than the central but very close to go to the attractions. - Children water playground is perfect. Adult pool is not too deep too. - Perfect for family with young children. - Security is good. The surrounding areas also looks safe. - Easy and fast to check in and check out. - A cosy apartment, feels like home.

- Only provided 1 small rubbish bin for the whole apartment. - Only 1 floor mat for a toilet that has 2 doors. - No hanger. Bought and donated 6 pcs for the room. - Lack of hanging places. Good to have a towel rack. - Bed abit too bouncy and soft. Preferred a harder one. - Provided plates but no dish rack to dry it.

Very clean and comfortable. The slide for the kids was a welcome surprise.

One bathroom had no hot water, heater was on but no water flowed out. Soap tray was broken off at both bathrooms.

Strategic location with nice view of the sea, location is close to shop lots and surroundings are not too crowded. Interior is clean and comfortable.

Door is too easy to unlock from the inside and lack of a manual lock. Door lock cannot be opened using the pass card. Lack of surface in the bathroom to sit and place shampoo/soap, could only put them on floor. Bathroom door opening inwards has some safety risk, should be opening outwards. Bathroom glass especially door handle still has some soap residue and needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Drawers still have things from previous tenants and need to be checked more carefully.

The place offers comfort and boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, gym room and etc., all of which are well-maintained and impeccably clean. Its strategic location eliminates concerns about dining options, as numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including the well-known Suukee Satay and Capitol Satay Restaurant. It's an ideal destination for unwinding and rejuvenating the mind.

Having a washing machine would enhance the experience for those staying longer. There is no water filter available for boiling water; it comes directly from the tap.

All Good.. one of my best selection for our happy stay.. peaceful and quiet environment.. we went there in weekdays so the lift is no problem at all.. very easy go check in n check out.. the host sent clear n useful guidelines on the day before check in.. overall nice place to have best relaxation.. will repeat to stay here soon.. 😃

Just they put 1 tissue roll, only 1 rubbish basket plastic which already put inside the basket no extra one.. we stay for 4 days.. we are not interested called cleaner in middle of our stay days.. so we need to buy big plastic for through the rubbish.. no toiletries items no coffee sachets.. otherwise all good.. 👍

Easy to collect & return the key & access card. the security are helpful & kind The facilities are new & great The carpark are free & no hustle, just tap the access card & ready to go The pool are huge & safe for kids even though during the peak hour, the pool capacity still ok Easy to hang out at bandar hilir & near by attraction point. love it & will bring along my family member to enjoy this beautiful condo & place

The location is great and the staff were very accommodating. Travelled with a 1 year old and family. Everyone enjoyed. Facilities were very crowded over the weekend but if you don't mind loud children and muddy floors then the poolside is a great place to be.

The parking could improve. Preferred if there was a super ramp for the sixth floor but parking was provided so we were happy. Would also recommend leaving some toiletries or mention to guests if it is not provided to bring our own.
