swimming pool. this place need to use swimming suit. management kene pikir if u go travel long journey then your kids want go swimming pool. but u no bring swimming suit. how ? takboleh mandi right. takkan just looking. no good management. i check in other place still can go swimming pool without swimming suit! maintanance swimming have right. got probelm swimming pool use maintance money please!

The location & comfort. The apartment is also cleaned.

The toilet has a pungent smell that could come from the plumbing system. The facilities at room 0705 were better e.i WiFi, coffee table plus its toilet doesn't smell. The management should look into it.

The host really guided me well to self checkin the property. And the property also well cleaned

Should do maintenance for aircond because the aircond is not cool even after i set it at 17 C.

Flow of water taps in the bathroom were not good.

Good location. Got room at level 19. And that night was the CNY. So the firework was spectacular. Eventho Im a malay i enjoy those scenery. My room was sea view. That was a bonus for me and my kids. Pool was awesome. Have dry park as well for my kids before they go swimming.

In and out from the parking lot quite problem. So i decide to park outside.

Aircond in main room work but not cool. Line was suck, need to sit in several places to get connection. Shower also slow. Didn't raining enough.

Location was near Bandar Hilir where many attractions can be found. Beautiful view of Malacca. Seaside can be seen as apartment was on high level. Detailed instructions were given 1 day prior arrival.

Apartment was not well kept. Cleanliness could be improved. Floor was sticky. Walls were vandalised. Upon arrival, access card was not given. Had to wait for maintenance in stuffy apartment with no electricity.

Convenient area. Near shoplots with lots of nice restaurants, cafes, convenient stores.

We made a last minute booking on the day of the trip. Not only the owner/agent wasn’t aware about our booking until I gave them a call, they wasn’t prepared too. We have to wait almost one hour for our room card to turn on the power. Finally a guard came by to show us another way to turn on the power just by putting IC card in the power slot. Even tho she already told me to slot in any cards in the power slot, nobody would have thought to use IC unless you mention it! The guard turn out to be smarter than the owner. Then, when we made calls, there were no greeting, and the owners/agent were not hospitable at all. They even complained about us at the guard that came by to help with the room card issue, and we happened to hear her loud and clear! The building’s guards were all very nice and helpful, I have to give them credit for that. Except for one guard in particular (the fat guard guarding the Tower A entrance, working on 1st Feb. 2022 roughly at 4.30pm) was extremely rude, not only was his tone was rude, he sounded my dad when he complained about having to queue behind another family that got there after us before entering the lift lobby. He sounded my dad loudly, gave him an eyeball, and keep on going even when my dad tried to explain to him nicely. When I told him to stop being rude to elderly, it still doesn’t stop him, instead he replied he doesn’t care for elders or youngsters. Wow! Talk about hospitality! The lobby, lift, room, bathroom were not so clean. The floor to the apartment was dusty that I kept sneezing and also covered in black spots. To enter or exit the parking, you have to verbally inform the guards and wait for him to manually open the gates with his own hands. That truly amazes me as my first time seeing a parking gate being opened manually and lifted with hand. It was our first time renting an apartment and the experience wasn’t great at all. If u want hospitality and good service, hotels are probably better options for u.
