This hotel is just perfect for a weekend getaway. This is my second time staying here and its the same great experience again. The room is spacious and has a good layout. Comfortable beds coupled with the necessary amenities in the room. The staff are all pleasant and handle the guests well. The hotel is actually 10 minutes walk away from Jonker Street. Parking was manageable in the hotel premise and if that was full, they have more across the street. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few night in Melaka.

Well, what I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel. I made my booking through the Booking.com platform, selected 3 pax, when I reached the hotel, I was given a room for 4 pax and was told that I paid for such a room. I am just curious as to why Booking. com could make such an error. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect in all senses.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive atmosphere. The parking provided was a big plus, making our stay even more convenient. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated and could really benefit from some renovations. A fresh update would elevate the experience even more. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you value location and service!

Only a 12-15min walk to Jonker Street! I liked that the room was very clean, came with plenty of space, and had most necessary amenities. I also liked that it wasn't overpriced like some other hotels in Malacca. It was also in a heritage building which gave it a boutique hotel feel. With a Genius discount, we paid only around SGD 55 per person for 2 nights.

There are hidden fees not known to us (this seems to be a thing with malaysian hotels in general). We had to pay a heritage tax plus SST even after the payment on booking.com. Would prefer if these fees are made known upfront. The shower floods the entire bathroom space whenever it's used. There were also no room slippers even on request. The TV only has malay channels (not even an english one, haha). But these didn't affect our stay that much. For the price, I think it's okay!

This hotel is fairly new and super clean. Its also within walking distance from Jonkers Street. The staff are all quite informative and they also advised us on some of the food stuff to stay away from due to some seafood issue in the area, this is more than expected and we were quite surprised, kudos to them for being more than just a hotel. They went beyond their requirements.

Couldn't find anything that we didn't like. Well, if I want to be nitpicky, I drive a pick up and maybe the parking lots were a little narrow, nothing we couldn't manage.

It was very close to Jonker Walk: I think only 1km away. The outside architecture was beautiful. I got a quieter room on the ground floor, but the sound insulation is not perfect so maybe bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The room is very clean, and there is ample parking.

Might be a bit noisy when kids walk by in the hall (insulation isn’t great) but I am ultra-sensitive to noise so it depends on the person. Towels are clean but old, puts me off because they are a little grayish. Replace your towels and sheets more often and the room is pretty much perfect!

We chose this hotel for our first two nights in Malaysia, and I can say that it was definitely a perfect choice to regain strength after a 30 hours intercontinental trip! It was very close to Melaka city center - we could easily walk to Melaka Night Street Market and to all other historical attractions. Staff was really kind and always available: our room was practically new and really clean, and the hotel in general was very nice, also in common areas. It's also easily reachable from the airport: all it takes is a cheap Grab ride.

Breakfast is not provided: of course we knew it so it does not affect our final vote, but it would be nice if they provided it.

It was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! The hotel offered a diverse array of culinary delights, including traditional local dishes and international cuisines. The quality and flavors of the food were exceptional, providing me with a delightful start to each and every day. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Room hv no window & the sofa very itchy after sitting thr . There was another door inside the room , feel insecure when inside the room

I am a bit disappointed the check out time is 11am (which is 1 hour earlier than other hotel)

Loved my stay there. The room was simple but nice. Beds were comfy. Location so convenient. Near my fav putu piring!

Bathroom. The shower was nice but shower area only has half a covering thus rest of bathroom gets wet easily.. toilet just beside shower and when floor is wet it becomes a bit messy for pants to use the toilet.
