The apartment was very clean and comfortable Easy parking and check-in. The security guards were friendly. Not far from the places of interest. However you need a car or grab. If you are young and healthy, you can just walk to Jonker Walk and to take the river cruise. It is about 15 to 20 mins walk. To get food mo problem. Bit for the muslim you need to drive out for food. Not far, lots of stalls, restaurants, and hawkers. There is washing machine and kitchen facilities. Aircon in bedrooms and hall. The toilet has bidet. The only set back is that, we have to fill in the i-form which I didn't get it till I was about to check in.

As we are not Malaysian, we don't know how the water filter machine works. The Kitchen sink tap was also shaky and tricky to turn on with the water filter. The floor trap in the toilet for bathing drainage, unknown to us we need to lift up the round plate. The couch in the living room is smelly and uncomfortable.

We were completely comfortable with the facility, the check in system were secured and the guard help us with the free parking although the unit doesn't come with the parking. The apartment were super clean and neat completely suitable for families. Will repeat book this unit again for sure.

Just an upgrade not a dislike, to add vanity mirror in the common rooms. Provide Instant Coffee & Tea. There no single issue to point out as dislike.

Keep receiving too many emails to not provide personal information but on þhe day before arrival receive email in thru whatsapp to fill in details again when I alrdy provided upon initial booking.Very troublesome. can we complete all required info during initial booking

Very spacious and well maintained. The check in process was easy.

Only one parking lot allocated. Since it is a big house and can accommodate more than 5pax another parking should be given. Though there is open parking near the residence but the walking distance is quite far especially when raining or under hot sun. Maybe the host can prepare some 3in1 to be used by the guest.

Location was good. Can cater for big group. Seamless check in Security guard is friendly.

Property can cater for big group but limited to 1 parking lot only. The pre-registration is a bit troublesome. No hanger and wardrobe. Netflix not working. Gym was on maintenance.

The owner was nice, spacious area and working aircond in every room including living room. Has microwave and induction cooker to warm up our food. Water pressure was strong. Clean house.

Few towels are a bit smelly. But already informed the owner and he apologized.

I booked the stay for my family. They were very happy with their stay. They were happy with the service, the convenience, cleanliness, facilities and amenities, and are even planning on staying here again in the near future. Very happy!

it is inconvenient to have only one access card , the parking space is only for one car , and other card have to park outside

Convenient location, great place, Ong Kim Wee Residence has always been our favorite place to stay whenever we visit melaka, so far this third unit we stayed in, all units have their own charm. ..all good and great. Surely will be back again.
