Spacious room & bathroom, wood flooring eventhough its old but well maintained. Friendly & helpful frontdesk staff, Rina. I actually left some cash in the drawer & only realised when reached KL. Spoke to Rina, she quickly checked with housekeeping & yes my cash was in tact. She quickly transferred online to my acct. Tqsm Rina & the trustworthy housekeeper in charged. U both made my stay extra wonderful 😍

No free drinking bottles but they provide water dispenser on the hallway. Need to drive to get food nearby but they provide room service. The bathroom has no shelf for shower gel & shampoo. Need to place on the floor to pickup.

The location was great: less traffic, easy entry and exit, short drive to foodies, lotus, and city. Parking is free and available behind the hotel. The front office staff were friendly and prompt. Check-in was super smooth and fast, with welcoming positive vibes. The hotel is not new; it has been a while, but it is still competitive and comfortable. It may not be the best, but it is good enough for a short stay. Most important is that the area is not so hectic. The breakfast was simple; maybe there was a lack of staf that the reception counter staf ran from her workstation to support F&B. The kind of staff this hotel should not lose. Nowadays,  very few employees have this kind of commitment and quality. Kudos to her. As a regular for almost 20 years, this hotelay not be the best but its just fine for me. Wifi is good here.

What disappointed me was that one of the boiled eggs I took for breakfast was spoiled. The kitchen should check before boiling for signs of spoilage. The congee that morning was without condiments like salt, soy sauce, etc. The cereal was without milk; nowhere to be found. You dont expect us to add plain water to the cereal, right? Plus, the bread was without butter, jam, or kaya spread. How is this possible? Hopefully, it's just for today. Please take note.

Value with the price you pay,get comfortable room to rest and sleep,the condition of the bathroom also ok.Parking also available for your car.The process of check in and check out also fast and smooth.Staff in reception also ok,just need to pay deposit cash rm50 for check in.You will get back when the time you check out.Breakfast also got variety of food and the taste also ok.Overall a good hotel to stay and keep it up

Breakfast was simple and suffice for the price. It was enough to fill us up for the morning. There were coffee, tea, bread, fruits, porridge and noodles. Nothing to complain about.

The only thing I find that can be improved are some aesthetics in the room. When I laid on the bed and looked up the ceiling, I could see paintwork that could have been done better. It can only be seen when you lie on the bed and look up. Just some minor details that was left unchecked. It did not affect the quality of our stay there. Clean bed clean room clean toilets are what every guests needs as the priority list and you have accomplished that well. Well done!

Very comfortable room so big. View only a street but fine for me.. Breakfast no nasi lemak,only light food but still affordable with the price. I like the room so much will repeat again soon.. Just to mention. Make sure once you enter kids room please check in the tent and under the carpet.. Sometimes housekeeping forgt to vacuum and got some cereal. Can ask housekeeping for clean it.

We stayed 2night (10-12 April 2024) The standard room was spacious & comfortable. The toilet quite clean The breakfast was good. The staff at the cafe was very efficient cause they were action oriented once we told them that the porridge was cold. Spacious parking lot. The staff in the morning on 12 April was very friendly and nice.....

The toilet quite dirty on the wall at the shower part. The cupboard a bit smelly The night staff was not that friendly.

The room was very spacious, and with the cheap price we were still entitled for free breakfast... Even though the breakfast was limited, considering the price and taste I am so happy..

The lift button doesn't work well.. when we press level 4, level 2 and 3 buttons will automatically function..

Slowwwww wifi. If you plan to do your work here use your own hotspot. Water pressure not consistent it can suddenly low and sometime high. Furniture outdated.
