The female staff was pleasant and helpful, room is cosy, toilet is super neat and stylish, room and toilets are super clean, bedsheet also clean, easy parking infront of hotel, recommend for short privacy stay.

Tv not smart tv no astro no netflix, at this era who even watch national tv? Water pressure a bit slow, iron board outside, no lift so not suitable for old people as u need to climb the stairs! pillows are thin not very comfy they should change to hotel standard pillows. no near convenient store or mamak nearby so better tapau early before you check in.

The room has a bit of smell , which disappear after aircond was turned on. No coffee/sugar sachet provided.

The stay was ok. The room was okay too. The room I booked is on GF. No noise. Near to AEON Mall, Family Mart, Malacca River. Many eateries in the vicinity. I would say the location is GREAT too!

There are few things that need for improvement. 1. Customer service: Front Desk staff should always be presentable and be able to assist customers. The staff were so stern. No smile at all. 2. Room's condition: The room was dusty. I had a sleepless night due to dust allergies. Thank goodness my asthma didn't attack me.

The room is spotless. Nice smell and cozy. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Water pressure is very good.

No tea/coffee/sugar provided. The towels are not provided in the room. We have to ask for the towels. However drinking water is provided.

The hotel is clean. Nearby to eateries. I love the water pressure. Suitable for solo traveller.

No lift. Daily housekeeping upon request and must request before 3pm. Stayed here for 5 nights and asked them to clean the room. Indeed the room is clean but i think they did not change the pillow case and bed sheet as my body feel itchy on the third night. And the pillow case got weird smell.

Ample parking space and the staff is very friendly. Overall stay was nice and comfortable. Will repeat to stay there again.

The shower handheld in the toilet ....the holder mounted to the wall was broken, loose and quite difficult to use it. Kindly fix it, ya. And the mattress sags a little. And my next visit would like to request for double pillow. Hope to place some 3in1 coffee/tea. Possibly one extra mirror at the side table

location is good a bit far from city centre so traffic smooth parking plenty of that and there's aeon mall just across the main road restaurant just around the corner veriaty type of menu to choose from.
