1. The house are unique... 2 spacious room inside a house (open a main door then direct find another 2 door with different types of room- double door) 2. Good water heater 3. Large swimming pool with playground for the kids 4. Provide 2 parking lot. 5. Provide extra mattress 6. All amenities provided are as per stayed as hotel (towel, shampoo, iron, etc)

1. Need to wear proper swimming suit (Cannot wear t-shirt). There is a guard that will check your attire. 2. Its hard to search for parking lot (suggest to provide a map) 3. The bathroom faucet are little bit loosy

the apartment was so good and clean..the location also very good bc, it's not far from the jonker street ..and it's was so amazing and brilliant ..and I'll come back again wt my family on Jan 2025 ...

we ar not happy wt the staff there especially the security..they ar not friendly and the instruction not clear(don't remember the name but,I do remember his face) ..bc, everytime we going out or enter the building they not open the gate and we need to wait until they finished we other guest ..and we did display the card as well and I believe , our plate number should in their system so there's no reason actually fr us to open the mirror and show the card to them ..I hope it's not happened again in future ...

The property is new, clean and have a nice view of the city. The amenities are almost complete and new too, perfect for a small family. The price is affordable, especially for a long stay. The place have a tight security so you can rest assure your safety there.

The aircond were not cool even set to the lowest temperature. This house also quite hot in the afternoon. Maybe because this property facing the evening sun but nevertheless you can close the curtain and switch on the fan too.

Actually the title of this listing is confusing me. I really thought that this place in Jonker Street, so we don't have to use car to move around. My bad, I didn't look at the address properly. Although it is not that far from the city, but travelling around malacca city is quite a hassle.

5 stars for customer service, smooth check in and check out. Clean and pretty decorations. Good price too. Everything was great!

Very recommended for 6 people only due to no extra bed and limited space for a big crowd. Have to bring your own mineral water.

Their provide tv and tv box,and yet not function ,so its a little boring when stay at here,because cannot watching tv

Very spacious for 5 adults and comfortable. I like the cleanliness and the facilities they provided such as hair dryer, iron with iron board, two tv screen, two fridge, complete with washing machine and each room has bathroom attached.

Location is not bad . Clean and swimming pool is well kept.

The parking is abit of challenge to maneuver.. and the sofa bed makes the hall too tight . And it’s not in the best condition.

Easy booking. Seamlessly checking in. Friendly host. Well equipped, nice and tidy apartment with all basic amenities provided. Kids enjoy the swimming pool & playground. Nice view. During our stay its Chinese New Year so can watch all the fireworks with the best view. Easy to move around. Nearby 7-Eleven & Petronas. Just 8 minutes drive to city centre. Sure will come again.
