It’s a new hotel. Hotel lobby looks nice with plenty of seats to chill. Hotel room is bigger than most of the hotel in the same area. Bed comfy, have water heater with great pressure. But most importantly, the air conditioner is well functioning.

I pay more to have a room with window only to view the dirty backyard alleys. There’s a building blocking the view too. The location is a bit confusing though. We have to drive through the housing area before could finally reach the hotel entrance. Not to mention that the gated & guarded entrance is shared with another apartment residents.

Friendly staff especially at the dining hall and the concierge service is superb. Thumbs up to the staff members 🫡 The meals is EXCELLENT & WONDERFUL too.

The housekeeping department shall be more alert with the rooms' condition. Perhaps the bedsheets are not properly washed or barely changed after the guests checked out. I got rash and itchiness when i woke up. I hope the management can improve this sooner before it is too late. However, we will definitely come again to see the improvement if there is no improvement in the near future, please don't blame the guests if they choose other options.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, almost new.

The music in the hallway was a bit annoying and they kept it playing at night. I booked this hotel for the pool, even though there was a warning that it would be closed until March 30th 2025. However, when I got there there was an updated warning in the elevator saying the pool is actually going to be closed until April 30th (this had not been updated on Booking by the time we left on April 1st.) The location is a bit far from everything... 25 minute walk to Jonkers street.

this is my 2nd time stay here bcs I loveee the hotel so much. there is so much space in the room, water pressure also good, the aircond in good condition, plenty of parking here, smooth check in and check out and they provide 2pillows instead only 1 😍 but this is my 1st time take the room with breakfast and suprisingly the food was so good! everything was so tasty and I really enjoyed it. gonna repeat for next vacay hehe 🤭

nothing but just felt a bit uncomfortable with a female staff who looked slightly Chinese during check out. as she wasn't very friendly and didn't smile at me during the process

The hotel opened one month before our stay so everything was pretty much brand new and in perfect shape. The room was very clean and spotless, so was the washroom. The staff was hospitable, kind and friendly. I really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. To the north of the hotel is a Hindu temple open 24/7. The breakfast buffet was super with a good selection of food including some desserts! I only hope that the quality will not decrease over time.

Breakfast coffee was terrible and should be improved. If purchasing proper coffee machines is not an option, at least instant coffee should be served. Unfortunately the hotel is located quite far from the historical centre but walking there is doable if you don't mind sweating.

This is a clean and decent place about 1.5kms from the main tourist area. The rooms are well equipped and modern. Reception staff were pleasant to deal with. Parking, if you need it, should not be a problem.

Terrible over-stuffed pillows, very uncomfortable, which probably need to be replaced. The sound proofing was not the best - I could hear the TV in the next room. The carpet needed cleaned, but otherwise the room was very clean.

me and my family was so happyyy during our stay. the hotel is new, all in good shape. my room is so clean and comfy. during arrival, staff open the door for you, give you welcome drink as well. during my stay in 5 start hotels also they didn't serve me like this. the check in staff the lady is very polite, warm and kind. breakfast is one thing, all the food is delicious and theres a lot of choices. the fnb staff also very good, and polite. well done ! i will definitely will come and recommend tamara

theres some delay during check out. my deposit lost and taken by someone. the male spectacle staff i think is not experience. he told me i already check out and took the deposit rm50. i told him how so because i just handed you the deposit receipt and room card. then he stumble and start looking. he ask my ic and its true that im the right person of that room. he accidently gave my depo to someone else.lol

place very clean. maybe coz the hotel is still new. just opened in November 2024. water pressure aircond all good except bed bit hard not so comfortable for people who suffers back pain. but pain will go away few hours after waking up so no problem. they have smart tv many channels & apps but sometimes internet not good so programs sometimes buffer/lag. buffet place and food choices ok satisfied. foreign staffs polite will greet you everywhere. pool is clean pol towel thick big & fluffy, changing room clean.

The room we had on the top floor at the front was spacious & comfortable with an excellent bathroom. We had a view of the town & sea. The pool was huge & very clean.

The food that should have been hot at breakfast was cold every day. The coffee was weak. Housekeeping didn’t always clean the room even when we put the clean the room light on.
