I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All facilities met my expectations, and everything ran smoothly during my stay. However, the WiFi service was very poor. The connection was weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to get work done or stay connected. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

I stayed at the hotel last night. Everything was great. the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the WiFi was very disappointing. The website advertised high-speed internet, but I didn’t experience that at all. The connection was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating. Everything else was excellent, but the poor WiFi service needs serious improvement.

Perfect stay! The location is super strategic, just about a 5-minute drive to all the famous spots in Melaka. The room and toilet were clean, and overall, very comfortable. The aircond worked well, though it made some noise, but it didn’t really bother me. What impressed me the most was the customer service,extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. I also loved the Coway water dispenser, which wasn’t in the room but conveniently located near the lift area. Everything about the stay was just so, so, so good. I felt very safe and truly satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended! Definitely will repeat again.

Although the room is simple but complete with everything needed. Each floor has a water dispenser and iron board. Air corn is cold. Free parking 99 minimarket and famous Satay Celup is opposite/near the hotel Location is not in walking distance. But with own vehicle is still very easy to everywhere

Water pressure is not strong but still ok to take bath , it's not a big issue The light in room a littel bit dim

Plenty of private parking and easily accessible from main road. The location was very easy to find. As for the property itself, the check-in and check-out process were trouble free. Kindly inform the property if you were to arrive after midnight for inconvenience of both sides. This is my second time of staying here. You will be welcomed by a massive lobby I would say. Sofa also provided at the lobby for the guests to enjoy. As for the room, it was quite spacious considering the low and affordable price. I slept like a baby throughout the night owing to the fact of the wonderful and comfy pillow. Of course I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends whenever they visit Melaka.

The ironing board could be improve.

Friendly staff! The bed was very soft and comfortable. Great water pressure, and even a mini fridge. Good value for money, would stay again

The WiFi didn't work at all

This is my 4th stays here. Strategic location with easy accessible to many places. Good parking spaces available. Friendly and helpful staff. Greet us every time we enter the hotel. Clean and nice room with good working air-cond. Bathroom is clean with power shower. Overall a good stay here and Will definitely stay again.

The L-shaped balcony was the best since we got a room at the end of the 5th floor. The view from the balcony was perfect. Coway water filter was provided.

The toilet door could not be locked. There were stains on the cup that could not be cleaned.

The room is clean, big, don't smell of cigarettes.

No bottle water, even they prepare the water dispenser near lift, they only provide small cups so we have to back and fort only for having drinks. No tooth brush, luckily we bring them from home. The iron board is so dirty wanna use it first but scared. The lady staff in the morning at the reception table was so unfriendly and cold.

No breakfast provided.Room is spacious Clean and quiet.

Provide no mini restaurant or groceries shop

The room was spacious and comfortable for family! They have a very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time staying there and I am very satisfied with the service . Kudos!
