The host was very accommodating and friendly, the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Not to mention the host was always readily contactable,which is a plus if you need any help during your stay. Facilities and environment are top tier as well, considering that it's a newly completed building. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit is very clean and spacious, accommodating up to four people. The water pressure is good, and the building offers a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool, grocery store, and game room (though the game room requires advance booking). One of the key advantages is the easy parking, and there are plenty of elevators available, so you won't have to wait long during peak hours. Additionally, there are many branded commercial shops nearby, making the location very convenient.

The kitchen should be equipped with a privacy curtain since the windows overlook the walkway.

Clean and well-kept apartment (new apartment block). Good location not so far from the Melaka town but in a quiet district still under development with good access. The host provided easy guide via WhatsApp on how to register with the management/security and easy access to the key and security access card to enter the building. Simple decoration with new furnishings plus the other facilities, fridge, air conditioners, water heater and the free cable channels available intermittently but NO free 😕 Netflix as advertised. Anyway we managed to get our own subscription using our personal account during our stay 🙃 Towels and personal needs like body wash and shampoo are available in the bathrooms There's a floor above the parking levels with common facilities like swimming pool, games room, mini market and a reading room. Ample car park but we're given a designated car park for the apartment unit. Everything working as expected and above all, quiet, very clean and well-kept unit and apartment block.

Low water pressure despite using a pumped shower heater, would have been better if one of the bathroom showers get a direct connection to the main water supply. Most free TV channels are not working most times despite being on the common digital antenna. Need to be looked into by the management.

Loved that it was a bit away from the busy city center but still within 10-15 minutes from most popular areas. Loved how responsive the host was during booking and stay. The check in / check out process was so easy and hassle free too. Property has an in house shop and vending machine making it easy to make small purchases like snacks. Pool and playground area were also very clean and well maintained.

Had a small inconvenience of small insects when we arrived back after a few hours after check in but the host immediately resolved it by relocating us to another apartment which did not have any such issues.

The master bedroom - the bed frame is high enough & comfy for a person over six foot (The master room with attached bathroom, room with AC and ceiling fan) Second bedroom with king size bed, attached bathroom, room with AC. The apartment is fairly new, more specious than other Airbnb 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. Bathroom is also spacious. Kitchen - equipped with kettle, cups, water filter etc. Only stay for one night, should have planned our trip for longer. Smart TV in the living room. Washing machine is available, though we never have a chance to use it due to short stay. Location - overlooking Encore Melaka. Easy access if you have a car. Overall - clean, comfy, spacious

1. Check in was super easy. Need to register with the guard n go to locker room n get the hse key n access card 2. Go up to parking lot n the lift is just nearby 3. No deposit 4. Chose rooms with large bed (queen) n extra large bed (king). Hse is clean n tidy. Unit 2031 5. Fridge, water boiler, microwave oven, electric stove n washg machine available, plus utensils, mugs, plates, iron n board 7. Pool is just nice for my children 8. Mcd, BurgerK, Starbucks n Jaya Grocer nearby 9. Love the location coz it is in a middle to town n Limbongan for Keria antarabgsa n Klebang, food haven

Not that I didn't like, it is just a suggestion that over the door clothes rack or hooks provided so that we cld hang our clothings. There is also no dust pan, just 1 broom stick.

- strict rules for the men/boys to use pools facility.. jerseys not allowed - clogged sink, happened since day 1 stayed in the hs

The place is clean. The basic amenities are available. Besides the tv have netflix. Fast response host.

The photo frame in the living room is a picture of the cross. So it's not so comfortable for me as a muslim.
