Location was startegic. Close to Lotus shopping mall. Easy to get food & beverages especially Oldtown Coffee & Hailam Kopitiam Cheng Melaka where you can get delicious Asam Laksa.

Parking is just in front of the premise only that you have to pay for the ticket.

👎 Bathroom floor drain cover was steel type with sharp edge, which is very DANGEROUS when the floor is wet & slippery. Should change to plastic type. 👎 The toilet floor was around 9cm higher than the bedroom floor. There was no transition strip between them, except a slanted tile was installed (110°-120° from bedroom floor) with sharp edge pointing up to keep the water from toilet entering the bedroom. This is DANGEROUS as well.

Friendly and professional staff. Location is strategic. Housekeeping is good. Could improve more on air ventilation to avoid unpleasant smell

The walls are not soundproof. Could hear kids running and sounds from next room. A bit disturbing as some guests let their children running and playing at the hallway.

Location was next to Lotus Hypermarket so basic need was there, and there were lots of food option nearby.

The hotel is near to the place we wanted to go and very convenient to us
