Located at the centre of the town, famous restaurants and shopping malls are just 4-7 minutes driving distance from hotel. This is a budget hotel to me. The room is clean and basic that meets my expectation. The bed is comfortable. The towel may look old but as long as it is clean. The water pressure is very good.

Not about dislike but rather an advice that need to do maintenance for less use handwash basin cabinet, and also the hotel logo lightings. It would be good to also have disposable toothbrush.

The room is clean, although there's no window in the room we stay in but there's no unpleasant smell. Good ventilation in the toilet. Great location with easy access to other places in BP. There are quite a few eateries around, 99 Speed Mart & pharmacy are just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff are friendly, they helped to put parking coupons on the registered vehicles of hotel guests too. It is good value for money and we are satisfied!

1.Tv should be a bit lower so the so that the color reflection is true color not shadow color like a film negative. 2. The hanger rack in the bathroom should be hanged lower so that it could be reached by most ladies.

Pretty close to the town centre. There is a lift. Iron and water dispenser are provided near the lift. Parking spots are provided for guests. Walk-in guests enjoy complimentary breakfast.

There is some mould in the bathroom

Staff is friendly, convenient location, there’s a small mart inside the hotel thus easy to grab some snacks

The towel and floor mat is not clean. They should be replaced. The iron isn’t functioning well.

The hotel is at the strategic location, very easy to get parking too. The friendly staff also help to put parking ticket at the car to avoid summon.

Improve the smell of the room by putting some fragrant.

The staff members provide a welcoming and accessible service. The location is favorable and offers convenience.

In advertising photos,I thought it was bathtub in the room,so quite disappointed when entered the room.it should clearly indicated which type of rooms only equipped with the facilities

good location, many food option within walking distance from the hotel. street parking available and the hotel take care of the fees up till check out, which is very nice.

subject to timing, street parking can be limited.
