The hotel is still relatively new. For this area, it might be considered a bit pricey, but the room quality makes up for it. It's clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The facilities are well-equipped — they provide snacks, tea capsules, and even a coffee machine. The café downstairs opens around 8 a.m. The lobby is also quite comfortable and inviting, they offers a variety of welcome drinks.

I did notice on one occasion that a staff member’s hospitality could use some improvement. However, the rest of the team seemed friendly and professional, so it may have just been an isolated case. I hope the hotel can address this and ensure all staff maintain a consistently warm and welcoming tone, as expected in the hospitality industry.

The aircon is working properly, it is quiet, it is clean and the staff is very friendly too. When we did put the "Do not disturb" message on the door thinking we might not get our water refilled, we received a message reminding us to collect our new water and snacks at the reception. There is also free water for us to refill our bottles near the corridor. The staff also shared with us how we could get to the nearest bazaar too. The food at the cafe is also very nice for dinner. Highly recommended hotel to stay. The security guard at the car park is also very friendly.

- Like everyone said, room looks like it was recently renovated, toilet and room was very new and clean. - Lots of lighting in the room. Room can be very bright. - TV was Samsung, can watch your own Youtube/Netflix - Provided free snacks and drinks in the room (didn't really need it though) - Lots of ample parking at the premise - Amazing doorman and security. Parking was assisted by them most of the time. With the doorman, I never had to touch the main door at all.

- Only 1 lift available - Can hear other guests open and close their room door quite easily.

Location is in city of BP and very convenient to drive around BP. Room size for triple room is fantastic and the room cleanliness is good. Very glad to have stayed here and hopefully housekeeping can maintain the standard and quality so whenever I visit my relatives back in BP, I can stay there. Bonus: love the water pressure!

More table top space in the room. Bathroom needs more hooks for towel and please consider to provide soap dish since hand soap was provided.

Room reno was quite new and clean. Great efforts by the hotel in Room, minibar c/w complimentary snacks and can/packet drinks. Hot beverages such as Milo and Nestum cereal were provided. Also there is coffee machine with free tea, coffee, chocolate capsules. At lobby there are also free welcome packet and bottle drinks. Hope the hotel will keep the high standards of maintaining the room bedding and bathroom cleanliness. Staff from concierge to housekeeping were all kind and polite.

Room with poor sound proof. Towels were old recycle towels. Break was very basic. There are plenty of foodies in Batu Pahat. There is no need to include breakfast.

Do not be fooled by the exterior building. If this hotel was located in New York or Tokyo, it would have been awarded 4-5 star rating already. The posh and modern lobby greets visitors in the best first impression. It has many IG worthy decor corners. Receptionist was very friendly and hassle free checked in within 10 minutes. A mini bar full of complimentary drinks await visitors while checking in. Once up in the presidential suite, you immediately know that maintenance/cleanliness team took pride in their work in keeping the hotel in tip top condition and spotless clean. Room is extra spacious with walk in wardrobe. Coffee machine is available with complimentary assortments of snacks and drinks from the mini bar. Complimentary breakfast can be improved by offering more choices. Currently, only continental and some local dishes are offered. Nasi lemak and some western selections would complete the perfect stay.

More breakfast selections in the future, though I understand they may have space constraints to offer full course.

Surprise to find such well maintained hotel in Batu Pahat with this affordable price. Room and bathroom is clean. There’s a mini fridge serve welcome drinks at lobby with dutch lady, sunquick and cactus. Will definitely stay back this hotel when i visit Batu Pahat again 👍

Only the shower area, the mirror is half covered only, the water will split to outside as the shower head unable to turn around, suggest can improve on this.

I never giving so high satisfaction rate for a travel stay , this Crystal Inn really surprise me. All their staff trained well ,nice , politely and helpful . The most important thing is the room super clean and comfortable. I hope they can maintain this environment more longer bit , coz I want bring my parent here stat and travel around !

Staff: Miss Ching, the cheerful receptionist who served us, was helpful. She checked us in at twelve noon even though the check-in time is 3pm. That enabled us to settle down and went for a hearty lunch., She gave us directions to where we wanted to go and she even volunteered to book a Grab for us should one is neede The Building: We found out that the hotel re-opened this January (2023) after 6 months of renovation last year. Thus it was a pleasant surprise to find a clean and brightly lit hotel with modern amenities. Rooms: The room we had was spacious, clean, well-lit and well stocked. We were not only provided with two bottles of mineral water, we could also enjoy the two cans of beverages ( coke and H2O). There was also a tiny basketful of complimentary snacks (close to 10 items). Although those were not costly items, the thought counts. Our room was facing the main road but we were not disturbed by the noise from the traffic as the double-glazed windows were effective in cutting out noise. Besides the room was perfectly sound-proofed. A coffee making machine and a kettle were provided in the room. Although the hotel is not situated along the main thoroughfare, a relative big supermarket namely 'The Store' is situated a stone throw away from the hotel. Also there is a big Chinese restaurant just opposite the hotel which provides value for money meals. The dishes served were delicious and in big portions. We had a full and satisfied lunch. Lobby: There is a tiny restaurant next to the reception are that serves aromatic coffee. We were informed that the coffee was brewed from coffee powder. A varieties of cakes. burgers, sandwiches were served. Hotel guests are entitled to a 20% discount. Overall: We were totally satisfied with the hotel, It was beyond our expectation.

room and toilet is very clean like a 5 star hotel. im impress with the cleanliness. ambience is good. this is the only hotel ive been to that has coffee machine inside the room. staff there are also very accommodative - the security guard help to assist us to our car with umbrella and the door men quickly open the hotel door for us to make sure we didnt get wet from the rain.

It wouldnt have been a perfect place to stay for work if there is breakfast provided. room wasnt sound proof - we can hear voices from next door occupant @_@
