Room small but clean. Close to a Shopping mall. Have carpark.

Best service receptionist name SYIRA. I made error in the date (which I'm supposed to check in 18/1 but booked 18/4) and she is VERY PATIENT in helping me because it's a complicated process to change the dates last minute via Booking.com platform(time 6pm). And also thanks to the hotel manager (Syira's superior) who approved the system so quickly so that I don't have to wait too long.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay a delightful experience. The overall comfort and warmth provided by the hotel staff and amenities overshadowed these concerns. We still had a pleasant and relaxing stay, thanks to the positive aspects of our experience

The comfort of the bed. The restaurant also served nice food. Location is good,going everywhere is much accessible. The service at hotel are good also . Overall everything is good

If TV can provide more channel to watch is an additional advantage

Convenience. Functional and fast lift. Easy access to the hotel. Ample parking space. Safe and quiet at night. Room was nice too. Spacious for the price paid. All the amenities also working well.

Affordable price and quite big room number 404 for 2 person room. Got 2 unit of elevators. Very clean toilet and room. Delivery service for breakfast into room. Big parking lot make an easy to parking even 17 feet lorry. Got a guard monitoring at night and it make safe for guest's vehicle.

Nothing much to didn't like about this hotel.

Modern hotel with good aircon, fast WiFi and very friendly service. Decent water cooler in reception and delicious vegetarian (our request) breakfast brought to our room.

Was expensive though compared to other similar Malaysian hotels we’ve been to. And the water didn’t drain away in the shower so it flooded the whole bathroom. Would still recommend.

Quiet

Sink filter was missing. Shower was dripping and bathroom was clogged. But was settled immediately the next day when we highlighted to the counter. Can improve the beds quite hard. And need to have hanger.

Parking right in front of hotel. Security guard at night taking care of the parkes vehicle. Fast action receptionist, both proceess in checkin and out. Room spacious and no smell. Clean room floor bedsheet pillowcover, clean toilet. Cup saucer and kettle is clean.

Not many makan stall around (walking distance). Hotel didn't have sahur.

The bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

Pillow is too thin and no longer suitable for use, no clothes hangers were provided, and Malaysian basic TV channels are not available such as TV3.
