Staffs were really friendly and the room was exactly the price we paid for. The first room before we changed our room, the aircon was not working well and it was a hot day. The staff patiently responded our request and had changed us a better room with well function cooling aircon which was amazing. The location was not bad and fairly easy to access to the main sites and food courts nearby. Overall, it is recommended for family who plan for a short visit there in BP.

Bed could have been comfier and facilities are to be upgraded.

The facilities are nearly and can go anyway, like restaurant, mall, tyre shop and others. The parking are easily to find it between each others

The environment will be noisy because got birds live nearby, and the sound insulation are not good, it can hear the sound from next room

I booked queen bed but the receptionist give me double single bed. Maybe what I reserved should be what I receive isn't? The tv was not properly working. Same with the AC, I cannot adjust its temperature.

Don’t like got people smoke,can smelly very heavy in bath room (ground floor got peoples smoking).the cleaners after clean toilets,user our room toilets no cleaning back ,toilets boils have stool.no clear .

Overall..the receiptionist very helpful. I have requested to upgrade my room, and it can solved immediately.

Smooth and easy check in and very helpful staff helped find a place to store my bicycle and i was able to check out very early the next morning. The room was very clean and had exactly what I wanted.
