The location of this hotel is very strategic as it is in the heart of Brinchang. There are a lot of shops nearby, thus it is very convenient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room rate is very reasonable and value for money. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Cameron Highlands !

The room was spacious more than what we expected and initially we thought would not be getting room with a view. But we was allocated with a room with view which was very pleasing. Free parking lots behind the hotel was very convenient especially for a parent like me with 2 toddlers.

There was a musty smell when we entered the room and I believe the windows were kept open due to the musty smell. Receptionist could have been more cheerful and welcoming. The receptionist we got was looking very serious and no welcoming greets were given too.

I have a pleasant stay.. the room was clean. Friendly staff, food stall and mart just nearby.. car park is provided eventhough quite limited.. and it has an elevator so very convenience to me since i am pregnant and i came with my elderly..

Location is great. Walking distance to centrum. Hotel got their own parking though first come first some basis i think.

The room lighting could be better. Too dim.
