I am a regular customer at CCH for many years. Even though the surrounding environment is chilling 16 celcius, the hotel staffs are exceptionally very warm and welcoming. kudos to the hotel management for providing their staffs ample of customer service work etiquette. I would like to express my appreciation to the House Keeping Dept for being honest and helpful during my recent stay at the hotel, since my son had left his phone under blanket in room 825. The House Keeping PIC (SHIRA) contacted me and solved the problem by shipping the phone back safely. Thank you very much. anyway, the breakfast and F&B staff are good and nice for families.

Spacious & Comfortable

maybe becoz of the room i got. there is paranormal activities during my night stay. when my husband & 2 baby children were asleep, my shoes keep flipping back and forth before my eyes during midnight.

My family got disturb by something in room and parking basement..in my room its still ok,just something want to tell me that it was there and I can handle it..but parking basement got really problem,something really disturb my son,he will cry loudly everytime entering parking basement..need to do something like rukiah,azan..

It was a great place to stay. Due to its elevation, we were able to enjoy a great view and the air temperature was much lower than in lower locations. From the hotel, you can walk to many attractions. The hotel staff provided us with a room with a beautiful view, making the trip even more memorable. Sharing and receiving information with the front desk was quite simple using Whatsapp. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the internet worked well throughout the entire stay.

There was nothing that came to mind.

It's located on top of the hill and nearby to Kea Farm and others. There are a few eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Temperature could go down to 18 deg C at night and daytime around 23 - 26 deg C. There's no air-conditioning in the room, just a ceiling fan, and it suffice. At night, my advice is not to open the window near to your bed as you might catch cold. Even though the view is not that magnificent as you could only see vegetables farms and further away hills being cut but the far away rolling mountains and sun rise will still give you relieves from the normal city view. For breakfast, I paid at the hotel and got a cheaper rate. The breakfast was not that bad, considering the cheaper rate.

The room was a Executive Suite. It's quite large with a living room, but the sofa is a bit stained. The bedroom was quite large as well with the only ceiking fan. However, there's no ceiling lights

Room large enough for two adults. No extra charges for extra pillows which is great. Love the buffet breakfast with tasty food and many choices. View is great and enjoys the low temperature everytime we stayed here. Great to see that the floor has been fully tiled. This has become my choice of hotel every time I come to Cameron Highland.

This is my choice of hotel every time I came to cameroon highland as i always had great experience here . However for this particular time I was given a room with the problems below: 1. the shower head holder was not properly fixed . (very loose) 2. water in the shower area did not drain properly thus resulting in temporaly water ponding. 3.could not connect to wifi at all in our room (level 10) Hope you can fix these problems for others to enjoy their stay. Definitely will come back as I love the scenery around the hotel and the cold weather .

Nice stay in Brinchang area, accessible to Kea Farms/market and Boh tea plantations . We got free upgrade room from the receptionist. I asked for an iron & ironing table in my room upon check in and HK staff directly send to my room before we enter the room . The Receptionist Halo was so friendly and guide us on the procedure during check in . During check out around 8am also was smooth with receptionist staff (I forgot what his name) .

Car park at B1 & B2 was ok but B3 have some smell maybe near the pump room area. After check in we get car park at B2 . After we going out & back to the hotel from Tanah Rata around 11pm , B1 & B2 already full. So we try to get parking at B3 but B3 car park is creepy & smelly .

Location - just perfect. Just a stone throw away to local restaurants and the perfect location to get to Kea Farm Market. Save your time to go tru the traffic if you are coming outside of the area. Traffic was really bad during the time of our stay. Love the scenery and that they gave us options to either choose a buffet breakfast or breakfast set. Since we were small eaters, we opted for the breakfast set and dining area is away from the busy-ness of the buffet patrons. Facilities - It was so nice that the hotel to have an indoor swimming pool (though we did not have the time to use or even see the facility). The weather was cool so we did not feel like going for a swim. Bedroom - view was facing both the main road and small vege farms and newly developed apartments/commercial lots. Knowing that the hotel is old, we realized that they did some refurbishments ie repainting the rooms. Room was spacious perfect for our small family.

Bedroom - lights were a bit too dim. Breakfast area- lack of no of staffs. Hotel should provide more staffs as the turnaround was quite slow (even though there wasn't much of a crowd)

Great value for money! This time, we chose to go up Cameron during the off-peak season, and the room rates were very affordable. The friendly front desk staff gave us a sunrise-view room — it was such a joy to enjoy breakfast while watching the morning sun from our balcony. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the shuttle stop to Flora Park. Even better, the hotel offers a free guided tour. Many thanks to Guest Experience Manager Nora Jamalludin for accompanying us throughout the tour — from strolling through the tea plantation to visiting the beautiful glass teahouse overlooking the vast tea fields. It was truly a breathtaking experience!
