The view from balcony was amazing

The only drawback was the water heater in the bathroom was not supplying enough hot water quickly. At night the water was nice and hot but in the morning I think the heater takes time to heat up the water because the water from the tank is very cold. So if you want to take a hot shower in the morning you may have turn on the heater in advance. Another suggestion is soundproofing the noise of water dripping from roof is very loud so light sleepers will have face some trouble.

I love the rooms. Still my favourite place to stay in Cameron Highlands. I absolutely love the big balcony. What a lovely place to hang out with family and friends. Food stalls are just a pleasant stroll away from the property. Ideal place to have a good rest and escape from daily hustle and bustle.

Maintenance of the bathrooms and workmanship of the repairs done to the toilets can be improved upon and bathroom cleanliness can be a tad better.

Staffs was friendly and polite. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable to stay. It is quite big and I personally think it can fit up to 7 person. The view from the balcony was nice but it'd be better if we got the upper floor apartment (we stayed at level 1). When we came, they already played quran verses which was calming and welcoming. The location is not far from Kea farm, you can literally go by foot as the weather is chilly. The drive to the town area would less than 15 mins if it weren't for the traffic.

The only downside was the water heater. It did took quite some time for the water to heat up but that's normal. However, it only last for 2 showers (2 person shower). There were 4 of us, the rest had to shower with cold water. Refreshing but cold, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Location is good, before keafarm, avoid the traffic jam. , bed is comfort, one bunk bed queen+ single, another room is king bed. cleanliness consider not bad, and the most wonderful thing is the big balcony.

No WiFi, and I found few wall bug.

I,ve got the lower lvl apartment. So the view not very nice. Maybe if i got higher lvl apt. Then the view will be better

Strategic location, walking distance to the famous KEA FARM and also alot of the food stall along the road side. View from the giant size balcony is excellent, you able to see the green scenery surrounding you like a photo. Spacious room and comfy bed.

Too bad during check in been informed the WIFI is down, due to holidays the issue can't be fixed.

Top most at Cameron highland & all farms are just 10 mins drive access.

Basin choke & inform to hotel staff as looking to maintenance team but didn’t do it. A bit noisy beside or surrounding room.

The staff especially Isyraf is excellent in their service. Isyraf is always ready to help and provides what we needed. She offers service with a smile all the time.

There was no wifi. The building is a bit rundown and the bathroom needs a good scrub.

The location close near main attraction (Kea Farm, Boh Palas Teahouse etc). Privacy with private parking and nice view from our apartment. The reception is very responsive. Our request for iron & board was immendiately fullfilled.
