Location is very strategic, easy to find meal, house is clean

Sharp at 3 PM, we could only start checking in. We had to queue for so long that we didn't get our keys until 4 PM. The receptionist was unfriendly. I've stayed at Nova many times for holidays and am very familiar with the place, but this time was a bad experience.

no ironing in room & room smell so bad myb have been too long no body cek in.should be improvise that so that people will love to stay there.& every time want to go out must walk away to the reception & it make it hard for guest.especially when raining.so please make it easier for us next time.thanks.

Quiet room

Despite requesting to check-in 1hr earlier, we couldn’t do that. Very difficult to get a grab taxi due to its remote location.

I was highly impressed with the room, as it was impeccably cleaned, and all the necessary items were thoughtfully arranged and readily available.

While my overall experience was very positive, I did encounter one issue that caused some inconvenience. Specifically, I found it difficult to locate the receptionist, as the details regarding their location were unclear. Additionally, the contact number provided both on the booking platform and the website was incorrect, which led to a significant amount of time spent—approximately one hour—trying to resolve the matter and get in touch with the appropriate personnel.

Room Room - we had the room on the 6th floor, so the view is just nice. There was a balcony just as we liked it. And also it was very spacious, like the space and the arrangements. We are a family of 3 young kids less than 5 yrs old. So I really appreciate the kitchen counter with tap so milk making hygiene can be maintaLined Bathroom - clean, the water Pressure is good. Hot water needs to wait 15minutes upon turning on before we can use. Loved the large mirror in the bathroom Bedroom - comfy and nice. Mattress is nice for the weather....  No aircond or fan, nevertheless it was cold... TV - they have a children channel...which is really useful when we need to distract the kids for a bit. Otherwise got a decent choice of channels for all races Price about 330 per night...I think ok for the room... Overall it was a nice experience  Would return again Need to prepare rm100 for deposit And rm3/night cukai Pahang  1 access card given per room, well Ipre didn't request a second card though

The reception is in another building. Parking and rooms in the other building. So every time we need to go out of the parking, need to walk and go to the reception about 100m distance to waive the touch and go card first and then only exit the parking to prevent excess charges

I like the size that we got for 3 person including one child which is 1 year old. The size of the room was very big and comfortable.

The reception counter was very far. We had to walk like 3 min from the car park and also they didnt prepare for iron in the room. The room will be nice and very complete if they put one iron so that the people who stay there didnt have to look for iron outside of the room anymore.

Location is stratehic , easy to go to the main point attraction of CH

My room is 404.I like the room as it is so spacious and comfortable.Most people commented about the smell of the toilet but for me everything is good (just the smell only)it has two bedrooms and a big living room.It was occupied with water heater,oven, fridge,plate, cup and iron (outside of the room).A little bit creepy at night because there are many rooms but only a few people in it but everything is okay plus I come to CH on weekdays.The location is quite strategic because if you are hungry ,you can go to a nearby shop.Oh yeah the most important thing is the staff is friendly and nice.

The bedroom with a full bed is a little bit not so cold at night (I mean like dia rasa macam keadaan yang if you pasang aircond and then you tutup aircond tu )but okay ja.The bedroom also doesn't have a lampu tidur.

I'm not sure about the hotel bcs i'm booking their apartment. For me their apartment really the best choice. The apartment parking easy to access instead of their hotel that need to be park in mall. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay, my MIL also love it to repeat again to stay here.

A bit smelly when we enter front door. Not provided iron in our apartment and also remote tv. Need to ask them

Highly recommended for those who have big family with kids. Very spacious. Kids can go around and we can rest well in the room. And if you are too lazy to go out , you can just go down there to bring your kids . I would repeat one day.

you have to walk from the building to the reception to validate your card just to get a free parking.
