Very friendly staff. Room very clean with window.

Breakfast doesn't have many choices, just one pack nasi lemak or noodles or porridges (choose one). A little kuih cakoi. Stay 2 night, then the same menu of breakfast for the next day. TV also doesn't work, only Netflix and you tube.

Loved the environment where the hotel was located..you can get everything from walking distance. The staffs were extremely friendly n approachable.

The toilet should have been kept even more cleaner. Some of the parts were pretty rusty. The breakfast option should have been more wider and was really expecting a buffet but it was just a small shop lot outside..Free ice cream voucher was given by the hotel stating buy one free one.. but apparently when I went to buy the ice cream.. it was just the junior scoop was for free..out of 2 scoops 1 small was for free.. but i still end up paying rm11..to get tht free small scoop. This part was not cool at all. I expect a better treat for the customers.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. When they found out my suite was in a building with no lift — and I was traveling with my physically challenged nephew — they immediately arranged alternative rooms in another building with lift access, at no extra cost. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was also great — convenient, with easy access to shops and eateries. Service overall was friendly and responsive.

Breakfast was tasty, but it would have been better if coffee or tea were included. Hot drinks had to be paid for separately, and the prices were a bit high. A simple hot drink with breakfast would have made the experience more complete.

Wish hotel can provide aircond ..air ventilation using fan not very good..a little bit hot and not comfy

The location is very strategic if you have toddlers or kids. We are having so much fun with the game nearby. Only walking distance. So many foods and beverages you can get nearby. Only the location was good.

They didnt clean all the dust properly. My room has no window, and I am fine with it. On night like 3 am, I smell the smoke from ciggarates. My husband not smoking, and I found it come from the toilet. Means, guest from another room smoked in his toilet, and we share the same ventilation maybe? Its so unacceptable and I need to live in that smell for like 1 hour. Also, the room has no WINDOW and the Aircond. Which is, we are fine cause on night its still cold. Maybe hotel can install the aircond in future.

The location is good. I like the room since it is very spacious and neat. Will stay here again next time.

For breakfast, my slot is from 8am-9am, but end up waiting nearly 45 minutes for my food. There’s a lot of miscommunication among the staff—one staff member said I could order mushroom soup, but after I made the payment, another staff member informed me that mushroom soup isn't available during breakfast. I asked the staff how much longer the food would take, and they assured me it would be ready in 3 minutes. However, it took much longer than that. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after us had already finished their meals.

Room was super spacious. I took the previous reviewers recommendations to get the room facing the road. Easy access to the mall via the back door. The mall have everything, from the supermarket to lots of restaurants. You could basically stay here and not go anywhere for days. Within a walking distance from the flaghill. Shower has good water pressure, super clean and huge. Room have comfy bed with good internet connections.

AS i took the room facing the road, you could expect noises from the lorry and the motorcycle, but the view is superb facing a hill behind the police HQ, with cool air rolling down the hill every morning. The other side have inside the mall's view and if you didnt draw the curtain, everyone could see your room especially on the 1s floor. The back door facing the mall is not 24 hrs (closed at 9pm I think). Not a big deal for me but I saw guest in wheelchair that had to take a detour to use the front door. Bathroom has a window facing the road. I thought the window was frosted/one way but when i go out and look into my room, to my horror it was two ways.. and it was facing the police station.. oh well.. LOL No grab, I had to walk to Tanah Rata and to the Kea Farm

Toilet bath side abit dirty, but everything still good very comfortable.

It’s in a mall. Easy to buy stuffs if you forgot anything or are suddenly hungry. The unit we rented had two rooms and one living room - two queen size bed & one sofabed. Only thing is they didn’t vacuum the pullout bed. Can accommodate 7 people easily.

The towels provided left lint all over the body and face. Should have provided the normal white hotel towel instead. Breakfast is very limited. Portion too small and not much choices. The breakfast area is very small.

Clean room and toilet

The breakfast was very weird. We could only order 1 set meal per person from the shop 'i love yoo' outside of the hotel. It's a budget hotel , so I guess it's already great if they provide breakfast. I expected the usual breakfast buffet. But still grateful for the free breakfast provided . They provide a hot water flask in the room, but hot water is only available on the ground floor.
