The staff are very friendly and they will guide u until u get in front of the door. Even though u can't find the aircond but no worries just open the window and switch on the fan it will be the same as the aircond.

Parking is the biggest issue.. always unlucky to have parking nearest the hotel.. just try at the shopping mall (centrum) nearest. The bottom one is free but the upper one is pricey. Be prepared!

The location. Easily accessible to facilities eg 7-11, supermarket, eateries, laundromat. No worries about food day or night. All within walking distance

The basement carpark looks scary. It's dark and there's no security. Potentially losing your car is 100% possible. The ground carpark is always full. Have to stake out to find an empty slot The room is clean but not sure about the bed sheet. My hubby complaining itchy. Assume we went out and brought dust or germs from outside into the room. After the bedsheet changed, the next day my arm became itchy. Lucky thing we were checking out that day. The colour of the towels & bedsheets are pale white gray. Not sure if that is the original colour because most hotels their towels & bedsheets are white

The reception area was beautifully decorated and we could easily check-in with a machine. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The room was spacious enough and the water pressure and heat in the shower was good! Windows were left open to let the cool air in and so the room wasn't stuffy. There was space to hang clothes with hangers provided and there was a small table and 2 chairs to have a meal. The location was superb, extremely close to Centrum where there's plenty of food options and a supermarket!

There was a cockroach in the room and we spent a long time trying to get rid of it.

This hotel is located in the central area, from here you can go to flora garden, big red strawberry farm, cactus valley, mossy forest and most importantly you are just a way to mall and eateries. Mr Joe is very supportive throughout and can help you extra mile I am happy and will book again

Friendly staff took the initiative to call on the day of arrival & make sure the room are ready for us & show us how to use the water heater. Nicely decorated lobby with spacious sitting areas for group chitchat. Location is within walking distance to a few good eateries at the road side & next to the new Cameron Centrum (shopping mall) where we could buy drinking water & fruits at cheaper price, a good place to walk around at night.

Bathroom too small with shower, toilet & sink cramp together. Window of our room facing directly to the Cameron Centrum that means we don't have much privacy, noisy & can see the children theme park on the rooftop & hear motobikes driving around the area.

The location was convenient. Jo was very helpful in recommending trips, restaurants, and was generally a nice person.

The plumbing work was problematic; there were pipes all over the toilet, and when the person above you took a bath, the noise was unbearable.

I paid RM600+ for 4d3n and it’s really worth it. Staff very nice, always keep in touch to update about payment, send location and all. Get a room very clean and comfortable. Got fan and window with a perfect view every night can see centrum mall. Bathroom also clean. Only need to pay parking for my car RM10 for 1 day. overall i’m satisfied and very happy. If i come again i would love to stay at flora plus again. Thank you for a great service!!

Room was small for family of 4 toilet was small & not comfortable The price does not match the size of the room cause you can get better & bigger room with that price,

Maybe should try to standby few toiletries, eg: toothbrush & paste, soap & shampoo. And maybe can add on tea bag instead just 3 in 1 coffee instant. For me im a tea lover & cant drink coffee, can try to do in future,
