Booked Deluxe Family room - My room spacious, clean and comfortable. Got coway and microwave at hotel, love it! Suka stay sini sebab malam bole jalan cameron centrum bawah tu je.

Staff miscommunication each other. When check in, other staff said can claim parking fees, but during check out other staff said cannot claim. Almost nak gaduh ya, geram je dengan staff tu. Asked him to call other staff yg jaga masa check in, then after that only got my parking claim. Nasib baik😒

Spent 2 days 1 night here. The room is clean, smells nice, the bathroom is also clean.Staff is friendly. I ask for surprise decoration for my husband's birthday. It is a beautiful decoration. Everything is great. Thank you for a nice stay for my family and I. Got free parking at the front of the hotel, and also paid parking under the basement. It is a pleasant stay for my family and I. Price is reasonable for the facilities provided. Near centrum & got a door/way to got to the centre of the centrum. I like the led light under the bed. Looks cool & useful when u wake up at night but u dont want to wake up your child. Smell fresh eventho no window. I like the wide steel cabinet, so that i can put heavy luggage on it. Have coway water instead of kettle (hygiene) & they got iron & microwave. Got the option of free parking (basement). Got lift (child friendly). I will repeat this place again when i come to cameron & i definitely recommend this hotel

Great, clean place to stay for a couple of days. The location is good with lots of food options and a supermarket nearby. The young guy on reception was super lovely and accommodating.

The room is not sound proof. You can hear everything in the corridors as if they are in your room. The woman on reception was watching YouTube videos VERY loudly at 8am in the morning and took a phone call on loud speaker right after which woke us up. Get some ear plugs before staying here

Hotel is fairly new. Room was clean. Space is adequate. Location is perfect. Lots of eateries nearby. Don't need to go far at night, can just walk around after dinner etc. Have Billion and also there's a smol funfair nearby. Pretty much kids will be happy there. There's free reserved parking infront but 1st come 1st serve basis only 4 spot if im not mistaken. But can park at basement and claim back the fees with the hotel. Not sure the situation if weekend or school holiday as i usually avoid staying at Brinchang due too crowded and jammed and prefer to stay at Tanah Rata. But maybe next time i might consider staying again.

Nothing really. Just i noticed leftover soap bar from previous guest not discarded from the bathroom.

Water cooler at each level, microwave is shared. Room is small but spacious enough - we only stayed a night. The location is great. Cameron Centrum has nice food places and middle of everything.

Cameron Highland is cold at night, we did try to open the windows but flies flew in so ended up closing. There's no air con. Toiletries are minimum.

Location was the main reason we choose the hotel. Located within centrum itself was really satisfying. Closed to both Kea Farm and Tanah Rata.

Its cold but the water heater didn't help. Almost the same temperature as the tap water

strategic place (in centrum mall) easy to park your car (basement a bit far) secured easy to get food in walking distance near to mosque (walking distance) spacious room & shower kid & family friendly

not suitable for disable people (wheelchair user and senior citizen) due to the lift start from level 1

Near to almost everything, got many store below like CU mart, Family mart, CBTL, pizza hut and many more. In short super convenient to stay

The room is abit small, just barely have room to pray

location is perfect. just walk downstairs and you reach the centrum mall all food stall and restaurant are 5 to 10 minutes walk away and you don't need to go through road jam because the hotel is at Brinchang before you reached Kea Farm

all is satisfied maybe can add nice coffee table for guest to eat in the room
