The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hygiene of the room can be improved. The air freshener need to be replace and the small pillow cover may need to be changed as well to avoid the smell

2 storey apartment. 2 room (4 queens bed) at lower floor with 3 toilets. 1 room at upper floor (5 beds). Seem only half of the building is the hotel apartment. Opposite seem some worker dormitory which lots of people went in and out. But there is a glass door and a wood door to separate workers dormitory, just sharing the same lift. Secure entry and CCTV. Have reception. Free breakfast voucher at a small kiosk from 8am. Linked to the shopping mall.

There is a 5-6 steps before the lift. So have to carry luggage up the steps. Other these few steps, the whole place is connected with lifts and walkways. Directly downstairs is a Thai mookata and a Kopi Kaw Kaw cafe at level 1, so can hear eating noise till very late.

everything was good, just the water heater didnt work at first, and than the staff move us to better room. Thanks to that uncle.

The location is very strategic. The room service very good. They also give free breakfact voucher from Bungkus Kaw Kaw for 4 persons & very worth! Only need to go down earlier to get the breakfast, unless need to wait 1 hour.

Room quite small for 2 queen beds. Lack of parking. Unlike other hotel around Centrum, they provide free parking at basement. This hotel only give 2 or need to parking around the area if available.

The room is kinda mouldy and also, the room is not soundproof. I mean i can hear the guest in the next room chit-chatting. Also it would be great to have a small table n chair to sit on.

The parking is very limited. If you arrive late at the hotel, you'll need to park in the basement, which costs more than RM20 per night. The towel does not absorb water. The footwear also does not absorb water, causing the floor to feel sticky when stepped on

Breakfast good,location nearest food station.big room. But parking little bit hard to find.You need to park at parking need to pay.But overall we satisfied with this stay.Hope to see you again.

The area surrounding the hotel is very suitable for families, has all the necessary facilities including a mosque, police station, petrol pump and night market.

It's hard to get parking to avoid the expensive parking fees at the ground floor car park.

The location is a bit hidden, might cause problem to find for those who are not familiar with the area. But it is located right inside the Centrum which is nice, where we can easily access the attraction there.
