The location is excellent, offering easy access to the town center where you can find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants such as McDonald's, Brew House, Zus Coffee, as well as a convenience store, Young Hearts, and more. Safety is also a highlight, with a police station and fire department located just along the main road, and nearby petrol stations (Petronas and Shell) adding to the convenience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My brother-in-law was particularly impressed with the thoughtful living room design. The two bedrooms each come with an attached bathroom, complete with individual water heaters. Basic toiletries such as bath towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. However, guests are advised to bring their own toothpaste and toothbrush, as these are not included. The property offers underground parking, but note that there is no lift or direct staircase access from the parking area to the apartments. This can be inconvenient, particularly during the rainy season. Alternatively, you can choose to park directly in front of the property, which is a more convenient option if your stay doesn't include underground parking or if you simply prefer the ease of access. Not clean, because found 2 can of alcohol, not good for muslim, suppose check in hotel at 2.00 pm and check out at 12.00, but get email to check in 3.00 pm, but that day on 29th feb only check in 3.45 pm, very sad with management

Inside room it was clean as they charge extra 80 ringgit for that than they state in the price.

They tried to get 300 ringgits deposit.

Im taking a biggest apartment which is 4 rooms with 8+2 people stay buy only 2 cars available to park at basement even the parking is many empty lot. Should be 3 cars will make comfortable.

Basement parking. Need to climb up the stairs to 1st floor before get in to lift. Difficult for old pple and small children. Also need to carry a lot of stuff.
