Strategic location: near to eateries, markets, and tourist attractions. Parking: free Check-in: clear instructions and easy self check in. Kitchen appliances: fridge, electric jug kettle and microwave. Dining cutlery: teaspoons, spoons, forks, cups, bowls, and plates. Other appliances: hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Lack of maintenance. Pillows smell horrible: reek of sweat and body odour. Mattresses are sunken: backaches after sleeping on it. Towels: greyish.

- well located with amnesties and a good view, with Sg Palas boh plantation just over the hill although you cant really walk there. you can see the 'bee garden' below - we took the one with 6 beds so it was really value for money since we came as 5+1 persons. - below us is a thai restaurant and just walking distance to a small mall and an amusement park. - room was clean and they had good hot water and no bathroom smell - flooring isnt normal stone tile so its not as cold.

host was abit rushy when it comes to payment and kept reminding us to check out on time and very strict on it. but very slow when it comes to transferring back the deposit(5 days later) because she said it failed the first time so Finance need time to redo it. so felt abit 'terasa' as a customer, service should be improved. you cant really cook there but they do have a microwave and TV only had a few shows on parking space is good but the parking paths with tight corners can be too narrow for larger vehicles to maneuver

we stayed here before, so it is as per expected. parking was good, elevator was good. we got the mountain view instead of the road view, so it was a quite room. checking in was easy as the instructions were given via whatsapp. the host also paid back the deposit within the same day. all the amnesties are working as expected. bedsheets were good. i just love the layout where there's an ample space like an indoor yard after you open the door where you can place your shoes and bags and such. the layout is very spacious

TV had no channels, cannot even use youtube or netflix. there's only 1 file in the media disk. the kids got bored after 5 minutes as there is no variety. the water heater was abit late to warm up but the host already notified us early on. the pillows are enough but the ones we got was abit.... flat, and was not full or fluffy, made it abit hard to sleep. good thing we brought extra pillows. there is no stove for cooking, so if guests want to cook or steamboat, better bring your own.

The great location, close to everything you need to go, many choices for stores and restaurants, the staff was very good and responsive, i had a problem with the paying my deposit money and they just waive it for me.

The apartment needs a little bit attention, last cleaning before the guests arrival, some of the sheets are old and had stains.

The 3 bedroom apartment No A509 was well design, clean, wt basic kitchen amenities - cutlery, plates, microwave, fridge. Clean bathroom wt hot shower, toilet roll, shower gel, towel. Extra garbage bags. Easy self check in. Allocated parking wt card excess. Walking distance to mall wt food outlets and children indoor playground. I like that apartment is quiet. Bed is comfortable.

It would be nice if there's more choices of TV channel. I like to chill in front of the TV after a long day of sight seeing.

Great place because surround with convenience store. Eatery area with a lot of food selection. Just s few walk to cat house, secret garden (night), butterfly zoo and zoomania good for kids exposure..

With a little improvement and gesture such as placing with a box of face tissue, coffee or tea sachet sellection, take a good look on the water heater faucet because it can't hook properly on the hook..I guess it will boost out a great rating for your business. After all it has a great and spectacular scenery during sunrise..

- spacious. 3 rooms, 2 toilets, 6 single beds (can combine into double bed) - clean - has balcony - strategic location (in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang), close to Sg. Palas which is the BOH tea farm - free parking in the basement. First come first serve basis

- master room’s fan wasn’t working but luckily the air in the night was cold (management did suggested to switch unit for us but we didn’t want to cause it was inconvenient for us to pack and move again). But it was fine. And it magically start turning on the second day. - since the building was surrounded by nature and located on top of the hill, please expect bugs infestation during the night. Luckily the property has bug net prepared so it was fine too. Just a few managed to enter.

Second time booking at PLAY Nova Retreat Kea Farm. Apartment is clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. There are shops nearby if you just need to grab a few essentials. You'll need transport to get to the more tourist-y areas of Brinchang and Tanah Rata. We drove so it was no problem at all.

The hair dryer was a bit strange. I could only use it for less than a minute then it would stop working. After waiting some time, it would work again. Other than that, everything else was good.

kitchen with no oven/hot plate very humid/mouldy smelling no comfy atmosphere. big rooms with just pieces of furniture in it. no warming decorations or anything.

The Play management incredibly welcoming. Always updates and checking if we're arrives safely. The process of check in and check out also easy. Nice & peaceful view. The apartment cozy, quiet, and clean and spacious.Near to few attraction places. Parking free. Suitable for big family and most off all worth the money staying here. Got shop nearby and family park

For us who likes to watch tv, it sadly the channel not clear even though USB been provided with few movies.
