The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's not too firm, which made for a good night’s sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was decent, and the water heater worked well. However, the bathroom tiles, especially near the wall, could use a thorough scrubbing to remove built-up grime

The check-in process was inconvenient. We weren’t informed beforehand that we had to move our car to the back of the hotel to avoid using the stairs. It was a hassle, as we had already unloaded our luggage and had to repack everything into the car. To make matters worse, it was raining heavily, and we both ended up getting wet. An advance email or notice about this arrangement would have been very helpful.

It’s a new hotel and was clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Do have a water machine on the level we stayed.

No lift as the hotel was new and the licence hasn’t been approved for the lift hence we had to haul our luggages to 2nd & 3rd floor. Hot water wasn’t the best as you have to adjust the water pressure to the right level to get hot water. Not sound proof and could hear next room conversation. Construction going beside the hotel.

The reception and the housekeeping staff are friendly and so patient listening to our request for additional pillows etc. The hotel room is clean and modern . Bed are conformable. Parking is plenty outside of the hotel.

Only one pillow per guest In the room and not so bad if the pillow are thick and fluffy but it is not. Pillow are too hollow. Another issue is that the room are not properly then over as we book 5 rooms. Some have body wash some don't. And all room don't have any toothbrush or paste facilities yet. The TV is not working either as none of the channels work ?

New hotel, near to BOH Tea Plantation Sg Palas, Kea Market and Agrofarm. Easy to find, strategic place, good services, easy check in process. I personally request for an extra pillow and there is no extra charges. Good space for room, iron is provided, got water heater as well in the room. Aesthetic hallway, water filter provided as well.

Theres no any convenience store in the area, at least you need 3 minutes by car to reach the convenience store at the opposite of the are which are not 24 hour.

Everything was good. Staff were very friendly . Receptionists even helped us to find our lost bags. They helped us find taxies for our tours. Hotel was a new one so everything was excellent.

House keeping was knocking the door while we were sleeping after a long tour. We ignored the knocking then he opened the door and came inside. These kind of practices should be stopped.

New place but still a few things need to be addressed.

Should have a fridge at least on each floor for guests to keep drinks or perishable items like local strawberries. The hot water was very finicky problem needs to be addressed .

Got parking and lift. Nearby got convenient store, a pub, and restaurant. Soundproof. Room spacious and cooling at night.

Room got some smell. Maybe air freshener can help. Wifi unable to connect.

- Easy access to nearby amenities like 7E, Mynews etc. - Reasonable price.

- No designated parking. Park at your own risk. - Got undergoing construction nearby so a little bit noisy plus be careful on where you park your vehicle. - Toilet a little bit smelly. - No aircond.

Everything was good except the iron

Friendly staff, good service, hotel very clean and tidy. Nice!

Wifi connection very poor. Very difficult to access smart TV. Need strong wifi. My advice, more better if provide TV normal channel as usual
