Easy and smooth check-in process. The location is near to the town, parking quite easy but first come first serve. Room is moderately spacious. All power socket is in working condition.

Water heater I think should be individually installed in each room, easy to adjust required temperature.

The staff are friendly and ready to help you. Location is strategic and near to food stalls and laundry. The cleanliness is superb and my first concern. I will come again next time.

Only given with 1 access card. If you want to leave the room for a while, you need to bring all your family members along with you. If not, the electricity will automatically be cut off.

Location best. Basic facilities tapi ok je la for us sbb kitorang bkn stay kt bilik pun. Balik for tido je. If belah malam still lapar, ada foodtruck depan hotel, also got mamak yg open 24hrs kt sebelah hotel je. Across the road ada 7e n speedmart. 1 funny thing was, b4 book saya x baca pn desc about a/c. Masuk bilik tgk2 no a/c.. cuma kipas je😂. But no worries peeps, malam u ols akan sejuk n no need pun a/c. Psg kipas pun dh gigil. 😂😂

Parking susah.

Room and bed is comfortable... lift is there... hot water is there. I have elderly with me, who was feeling very cold so i requested for extra blanket and pillow, i got it. Staff very nice. Only the price a bit high due to weekend and school holidays. Parking is very difficult, but luckily i nearby.

Only the washroom is a bit clumsy, the tap and wash basin need some repair work but working well.

Family Room and location

Recept staff should be more careful when handling customer.it is not approrite to call customer at almost midnight for follow up matter which should be conducted during registration stage.

Fast Check IN process. Good customer service at lobby. Nice Brinchang View. Easy to get meal or food during night time since got food truck in front of the hotel. Near to laundry. Near to stall.

Need to upgrade on the facilities inside room. Very hard to get the parking lot at this surrounding area.

staff at front desk during registration, she said i didnot paid my room, eventhough booking.com have deducted my acct. In the future, they should check & confirm with booking.com before ask the customer

We booked the family suite and the room is spacious suitable for family with kids like us. Room is clean. Nearby to many eateries and food trucks selling varieties of food at night. Overall is a very good place to stay.

Parking is not easy to find especially during weekend or late evening because surrounded by many shops and other hotels. Otherwise, all are good.

located at a suitable place..not to crowded..not far from the night market..easy to move from place to another

the towel i got is very old and torn at the end..no suitable parking for hotel customers should at least prepare for it..
