First impression is an easy parking to access, near any facility at the changlun town, especially place to eat and convenient store so you guys don't really struggled to find any. If you're staying for few days, try the nearby breakfast port. The nasi lemak and roti Jala is absolutely amazing. So overall everything's great the staff is friendly and very helpful.

In the chalet atleast need an jug kettle because the hot and cold water station sometime too slow and need to take time to process your water.

Very cozy, homey feeling, small pool available, it’s absolutely tiny but it’s there, hot/cold water station available 24/7 with complimentary tea, no hassle check out (no deposit), drop keys off at 1200 and you’re free to go.

Faucet in toilet was broken, impossible to turn off, no toilet paper in toilet, extra bed is available for just 10MYR however this is not shown on any online materials and only once you get to the motel, ended up paying about 50% more for a room with 2 beds when I could have paid just 10 MYR to have one brought in, would be nice if this was said somewhere online so people could plan ahead accordingly and save money, double deluxe room was the most expensive place we stayed the night during our 4 night trip, price isn’t exorbitant just feels like a kick in the nuts knowing I could have saved the cash. Otherwise great motel, very close from the highway to get to the border.

Resort-like but motel-style 2 blocks of ground level rooms, with parking right outside each room. Despite the low price double type, room had all basic amenities like 2 mugs, sejadah, shower heater with strong water flow, and even including some missing from most hotels - like a proper towel bar and simple rack in the bathroom, a wall clothes hanger. A shared Coway hot/cold water dispenser in a separate unit, with tea, coffee and sugar, plastic cups and stirrers. Very nice and friendly staff member Ahmad, who took time talking to us about the place, and showing us the insides of other room types. And an extremely pleasant surprise - despite what Booking.com says, they do accept payment via credit card, including Amex. Apparently they had just started that this month. Only 1 restaurant within walking distance, which is open only in the evening (so nothing for breakfast), but many eating options within a few minutes drive.

Flying/crawling insects that came in through the bathroom window and underneath the door. I suggested installing an insect netting on the bathroom window, and was told that they had done that in other rooms, but apparently missed my room. MyTv reception was very bad - was told that it was good in the other block. Will see next time we stay there. Would've given a 10 if not for the insects and TV issues.

Good location at a village. Not far from nearest city. Good facilities. Strong water pressure inside bathroom. Television also equipped with USB and have pendrive with movies inside for guest to watch.

Some lights are broken and not fixed. For example 2 lights not functioning inside the room and the entrance door light not working. So the entrance door become a bit dark at night. This is just my room. Another room I see the entrance lights is working.

Friendly host, easy to ask an assistant to fill the swimming pool with the water for my daughter. Easy to get foods since there are many food stalls along the main road and many restaurants which were viral.

The environment was green, loving the trees around. Quiet & peaceful environment. Size of the room is good.

Could improve on the cleanliness of the bathroom. The TV sometimes wasn’t working because of the signal, probably best to bring external drive to connect to the TV for entertainment.

I love the landscape of this property. It reminds me of caravan park in Melbourne. Tenang je. The family room is big enough for our small family. Each chalet is allocated with a parking infront.

It was clean and had all we needed for a one night stop over. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is no restaurant nearby but we could order Grab food. The pool is very small in comparison to the pictures on booking.com - for us it was ok because we didn’t intend to use it.
