Strategic location. Near to main road, stores, restaurants & mall. The room design is sophisticated. I love the mirror cabinet in the room 😍 The toilet & bathroom is spacious. The cleanliness is good. The staff treated the customer well. Gave good guidance to use the check in & out machine.

The room space is narrow. It’s a little bit difficult for Muslims to pray in that little space.

We had simple breakfast, fried rice, toast and eggs. The parking space just nice for customers to safely park their cars, just in front of the hotel premises. During the day the surroundings are great, but at night very lively because of the hotel cafe. The hotel even provide a room as a Surau for Muslims to pray

We could get a larger room space, besides that all is well.

The location was good. Staff were excellent. Parking available. Nice cafe. Rooms were fairly clean but maintenance can be better.

Air con and curtains were very dusty. There was a construction next door at 1230am. Not hotel's fault but just be aware that it can happen and local authorities will say this is allowed . Staff was very helpful- changed my room to a much cleaner room facing away from main road, which was also quieter in general.

Room is clean and tidy also comfortable somemore there is an electronic machines for check in and check out.

Bodywash is not in the bottle with the proper way should be kept nicely with the other toiletries...and for the breakfast althought is included in hotel bills but should be proper and worth for valued paid even it was nasi lemak.

Not very spacious for prayer

An ok hotel. A bit pricy. Rooms were small. The bf was not punctual. It was late. We had to hv our bf at the Makcik Warong nearby. The staffs was super good and super friendly. It made our days good 😍

Strategic

By the time we plan to sleep around 11.00pm....the air conditioner did not work...we checked in late around 7.00pm yet...the hotel towels are not in room...a bit disappointed...

It's a clean and comfy room..

Stay during Raya time. Restaurant which provide breakfast was closed.. but hotel didn't think of others alternative or compensate for it.. a bit disappointed..

It was convenience hotel. Easy to find restaurant. Near border of Thailand. Near to Perlis. About 1 hour to Jetty Kuala Perlis if you want to go to Langkawi. About 10KM to Universiti Utara Malaysia.
