Transportation tuk tuk, van and motorcycle are available. Hotel provides free shuttle service to border as a bonus and subject to their schedule. 15 minutes walk to Sadao Immigration between Thailand and Malaysia border. Great stayed.

The location is good but i didn't booked with breakfast due to previously i had booked the room with breakfast but it did not meet to my expectation because all the foods are cold & not many choices to choose.I use to stay at least 2 or 3 times every month.

The room lights are very dim, it should have bright lights as i have to do paperwork.Its not suitable to have all dim lights,my recommendation please change the lights & maybe you can have 1 dim light.

The Location is good & its very near to the border around 500 metres,there is 7-11 in front of the hotel. There are also many nice shops to eat near the hotel.

The breakfast should have a lot of choices to choose but the foods served are limited .The breakfast is not my expectation because all the foods served is very cold. In future please take this into consideration.

Near 7e and city..also near to border...room bigger than i'm expected...

Facilities not so good...the plug only one can use which is next to bed..my bathroom was so smelly and the hot water also not function..luckily im just stay for 1 night..breakfast was so so...not much variety food...pool seems like not to care because the pool water was not so clean..maybe can improve more on facilities in the room .other than that im satisfied..

Location was great, close to restaurants, mini marts and nightlife spots. Excellent value considering the quality of facilities and included pool access. Front desk staff were always friendly and included breakfast was decent.

Late at night you could hear the nightclub across the street but I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me.

Did not open air conditioner at the front. Very hot Did no serve drink at the entrance. Where they just put there to let you serve yourself. Bathtub a bit dirty.

Stay was ok just need to solve some issues

Room lighting very dim , should have bright light option, theres cockroach in room, floor sticky and dirty, aircond problem.

Large room and nice hotel. Also its cyclist friendly as hotel management allow our clean bicycles to be kept in our own room

Surrounded by pub and clubs, its quite noisy with loud music as the windows are not able to be fully closed

Location was pretty good, very close to amenities.

Our room was to close to the Club downstairs and the music was way too loud, we could hear it through our windows.

- nearby 7-11 (walking distance <2min) - easy to spot (tall building) - room was nice, spacious - have fridge - condom beside the bed incase you need it

- surrounded by night club/entertainment centre (noise) - no tuktuk/car taxi provided by hotel - motorcycle taxi nearby but not fit for 4 people - halal food stall quite far, have to rent scooter
