Strategic location near laundry and lot of shops and banks. just walk few step next to hotel we can do self-service laundry. walk across the road can eat at variety food stalls, even pasar pagi n pasar malam, also can do shopping at shopping mall lotus. Have shared coway and iron facility outside room at each floor. They also provide vending machine selling snacks and drinks at the lobby. They have great swimming pool in town, worth the price. All of their staffs at all shifts is very friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool quite dirty during my stay. Kids can only play at water slide as the water is clear n ok at child pool but have few sinking dirt at bottom at deeper side. At adult pool is dirty as so many sinking dirts n water not so clear like at child pool. According to staff, it is due to strong winds and heavy rains at night. Acceptable as the bad weather that time but a bit disappointed coz they not maintaining the cleanliness of pool on time everyday.

COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING AT THE BEGINNING, IT COULD BE SOLVED BY THE MANAGEMENT PROPERLY. THE STAFF ARE ALSO FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIBLE

Toilet wasn’t really clean. Recommended for your staff to clean the toilet after every check out.

There is a pool and badminton court you can play with

I think that night indian staff need to improve smile on customer. “Hey, everybody got a rough day right”. If you don’t like the job then you are welcome to quit

All basic equipment available. The pool was big and clean

The hotel located beside the cemetery and no lift/elevator available.. However, no weird things happened. We enjoyed sleeping

Sorry to say, C hotel toilet very dirty, hope they can clean up, actually many times i went to C hotel, they're not change that. I stay there max 1 week... minimum 4 days...
