Property was very comfy and modern for the price. Was only 30 second walk to Aman central

The tv was very old, no hdmi port. Also when checking it I was told to pay the RM10 per night tourism fee. But when booking through booking.com it’s already handled, so I had paid it. Again the desk said I still needed to pay, until they properly checked and saw I had paid (very poor as some people may just pay it). They again tried to make me pay when checking out. Booking.com also need to make it clear to the hotel that this fee has been paid

Easy access to food, nice water pressure/heat. Good lighting. And this time I got myself the inner part of the building so no noise coming from outside.

Nothing that stands out in my mind. Parking no direct lift access. If y have big/heavy luggage please drop them at the main entrance before going down to the basement (parking area).

The location is in the heart of the Alor Setar city. Walking distance to Aman Central Mall. There are many shops & restaurants around the hotel area. Staff are helpful & friendly. The room is clean.

Complained twice about the wifi but till the end of our 5-day stay, the internet connection failed most of the time.

A few customer / counter staff with no pleasant and smiling face. They didn't wish the guests! Their attitude needs re-orientation.

With walking distance Very Close to shopping mall -Aman Central, food store - restaurant . Very Nice room and clean With basic facilities , Efficient staff - reception ( forget the name - top staff in frame ) With Parking - Good , but no lift to lobby Wifi - no really try it ....

No Fridge . parking with no lift to lobby or room , not convenient to who that with walking issue .

The location is probably the highlight of this hotel. Aman central is in walking distance. The whole vibe of this hotel is very business-ish theme. Basic ammenities provided. Room size is decent.

Visitor need to use the stair from the basement parking to reach the lobby. So beware if you want to bring a lot of luggage (or you can just drop it off at the lobby before heading to the basement parking). Also, it must be my worst luck because there's wild dog? lingering at the parking area (the dog actually chase after us when we tried to get to our car).

Location, very near mall n restaurants. Affordable, compact n clean place All walking distance. Parking available. Ironing station beautiful n steady. Nice view from rooms to a man made garden, but wish it was open so we can take photographs.

Rooms not sound proof. Cloth hanger or the ultra small "wardrobe", difficult to hang clothes

The front desk staff Ms Shahida was very accommodating since I had arrived early to check in . Great location, near to shopping mall and eateries.

Last day stay were disturbing by 4th floor noising , according to hotel due to function. 6.45am awaked by the disturbing chairs and tables pulling sound.

Close to Aman mall, lots of shops and restaurants around the area. No frills but clean. Beds are comfy.

Not a lot of power points. Just two for our room.
