I like the location. It is central --near the Tower and Aman Mall. The room is very cosy..looks like you are in London..with it's English-like deco. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is spacious! I especially like the apple-scented towels - it brings the home comfort feeling. The satff are really nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The bed is situated directly opposite the aircond - thus the wind sort of blow at your face. It is kind of uncomfortable. Thus I only on the aircond for a few hours then switched it off.

Frazel Heritage Hotel has a unique architectural charm that stands out. The breakfast spread is fantastic, truly satisfying guests' food cravings with a range of delicious options. However the pricing feels a bit high for a property in Kedah especially when compared to more bustling locations like Penang or KL. While parking is available on-site, spaces are limited during peak occupancy. Overall, a pleasant stay with some areas for improvement.

While the hotel offers a unique experience the price point may not align with the expectations for a location like Kedah especially when compared to hotels in more vibrant areas like Penang or KL. A more competitive rate could attract more guests.

Great location, located right next to a mall where choices of restaurants are plenty. The room is spacious (some have no windows depending on the room type you pay for). Water filter is available along the corridor, which is applaudable :)

Did not have the breakfast because when we checked in, the staff was not able to tell us what will be served during breakfast other than saying simple breakfast. We needed to start the day super early so we decided to not take the risk and bought some bread from the mall next door instead. The next morning, another staff told us there's actually hot food served at the breakfast. Staff need to be trained better. The TV was not the easiest to turn on, instruction manual needs to be made available. Also, the aircond needs to be serviced because it smells weird.

Near to Aman Sentral (walking distance only) & can use their pantry up to 11pm. Easily can refill cold water using water dispenser. The staff , his name is Amzar very friendly & soft spoken

The facilities top notch but when I asked regarding late checkout she said that we need to paid extra RM50 but we already booked & pay extra for this hotel including early check in & late checkout using booking.com. I think she need to pay attention & check our booking details..

Front office folks were friendly.the first night was good because I think booked through booking.com. The breakfast is simple, clean and nice. Feels quite cozy. I extended the next night, and I got a smaller room without a window. It was clean but for the price and windowless, you can only last for 1 night. Overall it’s good but 2 nights is as good as it gets .

The price of the room, a bit too steep for the town and size of room. And the windowless and smaller room on the 2nd night.

It was very comfortable and the AC was a life saver. First time I've stayed in a room with no window but it turned out not to be a problem due to the AC/Ventilation and the rooms with a window wouldn't have had a decent view in any case. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic - however, it was included so no complaints. This does not mean I didn't like the property.

New hotel in town. Very pretty deco in and out. Very comfortable and clean room and bed with good basic amenities and full toiletries provided. Free filtered drinking water supply from dispenser in each floor. Huge TV monitor. Very short waling distance to Aman Central (shopping mall) and local food stalls,

1. hanger rack is too high for a short lady like me. even for a typical male malaysian, it is abnormally high. Please lower it so that we don't have to use a stool to hang our clothes. can be quite dangerous with high risk of fall. 2. breakfast is diy style, with very modest menu. hope can offer more food choices. 3. sometimes the TV wifi coverage is not so good.

I was travelling with my elderly parents. Staff was attentive and accommodating to their needs. They provided extra blankets and placed us on the same floor as per request. They even text us to check if we need any further assistance. Hotel is new and clean. A walking distance to Aman Central, Ukir Mall, Pekan Rabu etc. Very convenient. Definitely there will be a next time for us to stay there.

1) The pillows were too soft. 2) We had to inform the front staff each time we need housekeeping on a daily basis. It should be an auto cleaning.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was great!

My toilet clogged twice, and the second time it was never fixed because my room was not cleaned the second day. My room should have been cleaned twice, it was only cleaned once. The shower water does not get very hot. Lastly, there is no Fitness Room.

Friendly and efficient staff, simple breakfast but delicious. Good location next to a mall

1. Air conditioning unit right in front of the bed, must adjust to right temperature otherwise too cold 2. Tricky to find the tv channels, as the language selection is in Chinese
