Got a big room with one queen bed and single bed,good location,breakfast was delicious,its my second time stay here,I like it and enjoyed every moment here

There's no swimming pool...my kid like to swim but I'm too lazy to bring them to the outside pool..maybe HSM can have your own pools next time like Penang HSM.I think it was great..anyway I enjoyed staying here and will come again next time

The location is at the good place. The staff. I left my room key in the room and the staff still manage everything with their smile 😊

Menu at the restaurant. Not many choices They can put up the price. It's ok

Still have reception although I reached there at 9 pm. The process quite fast & simple. Near to cheap food stall. 5 minutes walking.

The hotel was too old. The room not sound proof as I could hear people outside walking & chit chat

The fact that everytime raining the toilet clocked.

The hotel room toilet is not in good condition. Need some maintenance/ refurbishment. There is no customer motorcycle parking available.

Spacious room. A small park nearby and lots of food stall around the hotel. Location is peaceful - unless if there is a football match as it is near Stadium Darul Aman.

Room and bed were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Aircond was working well. Had TV and drinks. Location was central, near to all amenities.

The bathroom was old. Towel was hard. TV channels were limited. The room was clean but in the bathroom had molds. Understandable because the building was old.

The hotel is located near stadium and KFC. The hotel compound is clean and night time full of lights. Hotel guest can easily get foods at cheaper price from hotel restaurants. The price is reasonable for old building . I went for business trip not with family. The pool is not indoor if u bring kids. The staff is welcoming.

No lift to the first floor.If your luggage is heavy there will be a problem. If there is elderly with wheelchair I'm not sure if there is a pathway for them or not. Maybe u can ask the help desk first.

The location is strategic. Easy access to food and small shop. Near main road. The staff are very polite and good in their service.

Please check the accomodation like aircond in room is well condition before let the user check-in

always hotel book seri msia @ many place but for me seri msia @ alor setar have a proper maintain the condition.
