Checking in and checking out of the hotel was easy and fast. There was not many parking space (we rented a car there) but thankfully there was always at least 1 empty spot. Hotel was quiet. Good that they had a Hot/Cold Coway dispenser in the corridor. Was v hot in A Setar, great to return to hotel and have ice cold water available. Also loved the 2 in 1 tea bags (tea + Stevia) placed in the rooms. Hotel location was fantastic. Aman Mall just across the road. Pekan Rabu and the main square (Dataran Bandar) about 450 m away, in reality within walking distance.

Hotel should improve on their housekeeping though. During the 3 night stay, no one came to clean the rooms or make the beds or wash the cups and of course not even change the towels. When we called reception upon our return at night, they apologised and said the housekeeping team forgot to do your room.

I requested for a baby cot because its “free cot available upon request”. However, every time I called to confirm the baby cot request, I got different answer from each staff. The first staff said they didnt have one, the second staff said she found one and will put in my room upon arrival. I arrived and theres No baby cot still ! The staff said they never have baby cot and he finally found one in the storage, with only 1 wheels out of supposedly 4, and the cot was unadjustable. Happy accepted the cot even when it was dusty and very unstable. upon check out, the staff said they will charge RM35 per night for the cot. I was really upset. They end up didnt charge me because apparentlythe staff arent aware that the cot is free. This situation really spoiled our stay.

Convenient and the fact that it is located near to shopping complex and eating places.

The housekeeping did not make up the room and replenush the water and change towels; even after being reminded to do so. We had to request and make complaint at frontdesk. Only then, the hotel perdonnel came later in the evening.

Location, very near to attraction points, walking distance to cafes, restaurants. Window view of menara alor setar… the cold and hot water dispenser was really helpful as it was really hot outside.

Shower and bath gel not very nice. the Air Cond took some time for cooling to take place.

The location very strategic. Near shopping complex dan restaurant. I'm stay at this hotel because I join Alor Setar Half Marathon. The bonus is the Flag Of just beside my hotel. Walking distance. Easy

Simple hotel yet close to amenities. Value for money. I love the location, customer-oriented front desk staff and senior people friendly hospitality.

Restaurant at the ground floor to offer simple breakfast. However, not so troublesome as the hotel is close to eatery .

We stayed in the premier family room. I like that there is a separate room for the single bed, and both rooms are equipped with a TV set mounted to the wall. Kettle and ironing facilities are provided in the room. The room also has a balcony! Location wise, very good as it is in walking distance to the Aman Mall, Alor Setar tower, etc.

Dogs, quite a number of them in front of the hotel entrance.

Spacious room for three adults. Strategic location, Aman Central just across the road. You can find food nearby by walking, no need a transport. Alor Setar tower is just a walking distance too. Surrounding is busy at night.

Understand that this is an old hotel, but they have refurbished the top floor or at least the room we stayed in. Just a minor fixture to fix like door latch and some switches. Wish there is a small or dim light so we can let it on at night.

Convenient location. Room is very spacious. Big car park space. Value for money.

Some of the towel look so old. There was blood on the blanket and it took 3 phone call, a visit to the reception and 1.5 hour wait to get it changed.

the location is perfect just 3 minutes walk to Aman Centre. Parking is free just in frount of hotel. Room is clean and staff are very polite. It make me feels stay at home. China street just 5 minutes walk, you can find a lot of local food there.
