The rooms and the common areas are very clean. They have hot/cold water dispenser outside every floor. The staff was accommodating.

There is not lifts, but understandable for this kind of establishment. Parking has to be paid to the Kubang Pasu App, I wish the parking would be included.

The location is good. Walking distance to the beach. Main road is not busy. There are 2 small gerai nearby for tea break & simple dinner. Friendly staff.

The room is not sound proof. No breakfast, u have to drive to get breakfast. The bathroom is very small (Japanese apartment style)

Location near to 24 hour CU, 7e, wet market in the morning. Quite spacious room

No lift. But can request lower level.

Bathroom so wide. Clean and water pressure so good. Easy access for foods since there are many open restaurant and fast food such as pizza near by.

Only no mirrow in room except in washroom. Need to be careful from slip since washroom will be wet once used.

the bed. its dusty. the facilities. not really good. the toilet flusher were broken. the toilet door were broke.

Cleanliness, spacious, near laundry shop, walking distance to western, CKT and pizza shop.

Stairs. But this will need a major renovation thus this will be unlikely

Location is good. Room is cozy, lighting is sufficient, toilet is clean.

Management shd condone alittle favor like allowing free early check in...
