The room is quite spacious. The pillows and bed are comfy. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and 7 eleven is very close. The room and bathroom is very clean and aircond is working great. The fridge is quite big for a hotel's fridge.

The sound proofing is not very good but it is not an issue for me. The bed sheet is a bit uncomfortable and itchy. The TV could not be connected to WiFi.

No breakfast included. I do not think such a service is available. Nevertheless, the location is very strategic being at the heart of Jitra town, close to Jitra South Expressway entrance/exit, close to Darul Aman Park, there was a 7-Eleven Store alongside the Hotel in case you require anything from there, and they operate their own laundry shop next to the Hotel. The room was clean, and VW motifs were everywhere if that's your thing.

Comfortable and cozy ambience. Booking for 3 adults.., surprisingly its have 3 comfortable bed and also dining table.. 🤩 with fridge also! The staffs was also helpful and assist us accordingly.. of course, I will stay again in future... Keep up the good work!

Since the hotel was located near the main road, its quite noisy. Toilet floor quite slippery.

The location is very easy to find, the room was spacious than expected and we love how clean the room was provided to us. 24hrs check-in is also convenient for me as I arrived at 3am.

This is not really a hindrance but for future upgrade, maybe the hotel can reserve few parking spots for their guests. Right now, only public parking spots are available.

room sound proofing can be improved. couldnt sleep.can hear people karaoke singing until 1am..as the property is near main road traffic light, could really hear mat rempit testing their motorcycle..minor improvement needed, this hotel could be excellent.

The location is great surrounded by shops like 7E. Hotel staffs especially at the reception are so friendly and welcoming. Love the hotel vibes. Very clean.

No lift. Need to carry heavy bags by staircase.

Generally comfortable and okay for 2-3 nights stay. Price also affordable. Near to town, shops. Surounded by residential area so location is quiet no necessary noise.

No network coverage/ connection. And the apartment did not have wifi. But extra point for coway.

The room is clean and nice. The bathroom is clean...dry and smells good.

There is no jug kettle in the single room and the water dispenser is on the wing of the building. Quite far to walk for hit water

Not suitable to bring older people as they need to climb up the stairs as there is no lift to go to upper floor.
