We have been to this hotel almost every time we visit Jerantut. Unlike previous occasion, this time we have been given a room at their new wing at Level 1. Room was spacious and more modern compared to the old buildings. Location wise, this hotel is in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was average though, but this is one of the few hotels in Jerantut which provides free breakfast.

Bedsheet was a bit smaller than the size of the mattress. Floor was a bit unclean when we first entered the room. Parking space was limited but since we travelled during non peak period, thus we were able to get decent parking space.

Good value hotel, perfect location in Jerantut for shops, restaurants and the train station. The room was spacious and clean, plenty of hot water, good night's sleep although you could hear the occasional noise from other guests in the corridors. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included but I didn't try it as I had to leave early for the Jungle Train. They also have a pool that looked nice, but I didn't get the chance to try it. TIP: Make sure you have dinner at the Gypsy Garden just down the road; the food is very tasty and cheap and the owner sings and plays his guitar in the garden, great atmosphere!

A fridge in the room would have been perfect.

Simple & decent breakfast. Room is clean & good size. Friendly & helpful staff. Near to some eateries, walkable distance. Right in front of police station, felt safe haha

Toilet step a bit high. Aircond took awhile to cool tbh it wasn't cold just cool though on for 24hours. Maybe that's why the staff gave another key so that we cN on aircond a long time.

The air conditioning and water heater function perfectly. The bed is good. The reception is fast and have a great smile.

The pillow is slightly soft, is like wear out. The room has insufficient light. Hotel need to upgrade the lighting by providing an extra light stand. The window is not clean. Additionally, the windows are not clean from outside. Repair the shower faucet to ensure proper functioning/leaking.

Very good location. Buffet breakfast and all-day dining options. Of course, the friendly staffs

My bathroom wasn't properly cleaned prior to checking in. Very limited TV channels are available.

Facilities Provided to guest is satisfying. The receptionist was friendly and he has good hospitality. Room was clean and I had a decent stay. Wifi Connection is good. Swimming Pool facilities is complete.

So far nothing to highlight in particular. Overall my stay adequate my satisfaction.

i love the simple but nice breakfast especially the nasi lemak - it was exceptionally delicious and heartful

the carpet in the hotel room is quite old and my kids found 2 old nails on the floor. husband manage to get the nails out and we throw it away. maybe it’s time for some refurbish of the room

Very nice hotel that makes an excellent stopping point on the "Jungle" railway from Kota Bharu to JB Sentral. 4 minutes walk from the railway station. Breakfast was excellent.

centrally located. easy to access anywhere. parking is easy and lots of free parking. rooms were nice and comfy. there are 2 lifts that makes it easy for us to go up and down. breakfast was good
