It was very spacious and comfy for two of us. The location was very strategic. Very close with convenience store and other restaurants such as baker's cottage, secret recipe and so on so forth. Can look at the google maps. Walking distance only. Stayed at weekend, so they got "pasar malam" as well nearby. The room is clean, neat. No carpet, but the floor is covered wooden floor. So, we're so happy with that. The toilet also clean as well. All of the lamp and switch function well.

Please bring your own toiletries as they provide you with shower gel only. Half of the bed didn't get air-conditioning since it located below the air-conditioner. But, later on, the room was quite cold enough. Little reminder regarding toilet door. Overall, it was a very good stay. Just small matter.

The location and near mart so it's easier to get things. I love that it's friendly for wheelchairs(inside) Everything is great because it's at the centre of the town. —don't worry about amenities or getting snacks because it's near all that just some steps needed .

I hope that the hotel will add a slide in front of the hotel. It's mentioned to be a wheelchair friendly ( yes inside the hotel but not outside) Please add maybe a portable slide at the outside of the hotel for wheelchair user

we were greeted with coffee and cold water with lemon at the lobby. Everything worked well and was clean. But best of all was when our taxi didn't show up and we needed to get to the bus terminal. The receptionist very kindly jumped into her car and gave us a lift! We made it in time for our bus! Thanks

nothing! On second thoughts, a smart TV would've been nice so one can watch channels on YouTube in other languages....

Overall clean, and staff was friendly

The only thing that I would like to place a remark is that we need to pay a "sustainability fee" of RM3 upon check in at the counter, this is apparently a implemented policy by the Pahang government, which is kinda weird.. But don't worry, this fee is included in the receipt you get, so dont think its a scam.

Location is good and convenient. The street along the hotel is clean and bright with shops, convenient store and pharmacy. Ample parking

Can still improve on maintenance of the toilet facilities and cleanliness. My room No 113, the flow of the water at floor trap outlet is a bit slow when running shower. Noticed its might be the drainage. I highlighted to the staffs.

The location is convenient place with lots of shops, staff is friendly, infinite supply of drinking water, good value for money.

It's quite noisy but bearable with sounds hearing outside room.

need an extra towel but they dont provided we stay in family room , they only provide 3 supposed 4 towel.

The location is surrounded with shops like Watson, 7E, KFC and easy to get food

Quite difficult to get parking during peak hour especially around 6-10pm as people will go this location to go to KFC, Watson, 7Eleven

I asked for quiet room and they got me one. Stuff is super friendly and speakS english. you have everything in tge room,its near to supermarket and so on. did like my stay there😆

Bed was comfortable, sockets next to bed. Had refillable water station with glass bottle which is better for the environment. Location was good for food.

A soap dispenser by the sink would be good.
